Retail, supermarkets, are all paying real living wage, with mass labour force and depleted margin when food prices were high and profit margin shrank.. some supermarkets recieved increases twice in the year. Capita could not committ to real wages considering around 1000 or 2000 employee i think will be earning below living wage from April? Imho affects small amount of capita work force too imho

After damaged reputation from cyber attack, the least they could do is pay real living wage in the midst of cost of living crises. A company wouldn't have made the decision that it has by not paying the real living wage to avoid further damage their reputation without a reason. We may find out soon imho.
