To turn hypocritical for what he stands for to buy in so mms can sell excess stock at a premium. Mms brought the price down to around 17.10 few days ago and couldn't get buyers in, so pulling it down a tiny bit further induced some buyers allowing mms to shift excess stock. Once results land, and stock drops, they ca replenish their stock so looks like mms don't want to hold excess stock now imho.

U can see from companies such as mitie and serco. Both been hit since budget. And they've seen revenue increased from recent report. And still saw its stock decline. Capita are about to announce revenue DECLINE. So the share price reaction still carries some risk on the downside, backed by 'shorts' and 'analyst downgrade' . Plus technically, we're about to hit bearish cross technically from what I can see. So I do see 16s today imho

Also, shore capital going from 'buy' rating over the years to now downgrading them to 'hold' is a big shift. No long to find out. Imho

This isn't even about NI, its about the election and the budget having a drag on revenue. Private sector stalling. The question is how.big of a drop.in revenue it will be. Likely to be seen as company shrinking. And bidding contract with better margin is likely to lead to less opportunity of winning new.comtract hence the silence on contract front. Imho

The statement from @savage was my reasoning for going short. I went through previous accounts and for me that particular statement concerned me a little. Last time, the market punished capita for the drop in revenue. And i feel outflow could be higher which the market may not like. Recent market indicators and business survey paused making any decision especially in private sector. Private sector was what was highlighted as seeing significant revenue drop. Pre and post budget, private sector is holding back. I feel revenue may have decline lot more than what was projected simply due to budget effect imho

@jg68 correction. I was expecting a spike that's why I wanted mms to push towards 18p. As @JO favourite line, 'if you can't beat them, join them' so decided to joined the shorters and have opened a short on the spike. Good luck imho
