I'm confused for many reasons, one minute cash is King, next, higher oil prices may mean mobico price going lower. Then 19p was the bottom. I'm hoping for your sake of getting it right for the first time and for FP benefit. We hit 9p imho

@Selpec 'The choice is to buy oil at high or Mobico at low.' For investors there are more than those two choices. However, the best choice is to keep your cash and not invest at all. At the moment 'oil at high' and 'Mobico at low' is subjective. Oil may go higher, Mobico may go lower as the war escalates over the weekend. Looks like boots will be on the ground, so expect the stock market to fall further on Monday. Cash is King. Of course, the best option is to watch from the sidelines...and be patient. IMO

You wrote this comment james. So I guess this could hold true next week then?

Becareful what you read. James purchased capita, happen to have sold before results and stayed quiet about selling and then claim he dodged the bullet. Then he claimed he will never invest in capita due ethical reason but guess what, he invested again. So the point is, he'll invest, tell you openly her, ramps it saying its rude not to buy at these levels, then sells up and when a crash happens, he'll claimed he's sold. Capita is a stock where he claimed he's invested. The stock went up, no comment, and stock crashes no comment. So point is, not to be influenced by comments like, it's a bargain, or rude not to. And posting the buys, he's in for a trade imho

@John33 well pointed out, the risk is there, no II is buying whilst others are fearful lol. The price is where it is for a reason as the risk is huge. Shorts are tightening the screws. Debt to equity is possible, equity raise would be far damaging at current price. It needs major restructuring ultimately wiping out shareholders. I've always said, mobico will still exist even with shareholder wipe out imho allow @JamesOxford and his friend to buy your shares lol he sees bargain when he sees one ha buying whilst others are fearful imho

But shorting at around 17p, isnt it suicidal? As many see this a bargain of the century. Isn't it odd. Imho

@JamesOxford remember when you made your first purchase at 19.60ish, and called that the bottom and a bargain when you saw one lol then changed the narrative to 17 to 18 a bargain lol shift the post I see. Remember the price is what it is for a reason. If PIs are buying yet the price keeps dropping, someone must be selling. Shorts up, background seller in progress possibly, funny how one gets excited by 2% but ignores 7% ish drop from initial purchase.

The sp on 2nd April hovered around 17.40 with US down 600 bps at open. If it wasn't for the rumour of Iran n Oman, we could have touched 16s. Since the oil prices reverted back to pre -rumour levels.

Trump has pointed out attacking bridges and electric power plants. And Iran has hit Kuwait oil refinery. The price rise was algos trapping bulls before long weekend on low volume imho. If oil prices rise on Monday next week could be bloodbath imho

'Risk off over the long weekend is better option imho gla' even the ones deep long in the stock would agree to that statement. Depending on what narrative you want to play depends on ur position. Macro factors currently arnt the best so it's prudent to watch and see. No one knows nothing even if they claim to do so. Becareful what you read. Heavy bombing expected in the next 2 to 3 weeks, thats escalation imho

When the war is still in play, I would generally ignore the rule of: buy whilst others are fearful, because ultimately there's no winners. The war has another 2 to 3 weeks or maybe beyond, ground offensive likely to go live soon, and oil prices likely to have further to rise. Interest rate hikes on the horizon making debt expensive. Unemployment and cost of living crises with potential recession in play. Shorts are in charge here imho remember the stock finished higher of rumours of Iran and Oman drawing up protocol cause oil prices to drop. I.e crude was up around 12% to then be up only up 6% when annoucment was made. It has finished just under 12%. Risk off over the long weekend is better option imho gla
