A former board member (and still share holder) in a utube interview explained that Wecap were in a very strict 12 month tie in.

There may be caveats but if it was simple the Wecap would have already been selling.

I’m happy to wait.

Wecap board’s hands are tied for 12 months, so our destiny is reliant on WeShop’s success or failure in US.

The only way they themselves can balls-up Wecap is in not dealing with the debt repayment or renegotiated in about 6 months

Just bought another 300,000 (at 2.77p) taking my holding to 1,000,000. Huge gamble but rewards could be life changing or stupid loss.

WeShop appears after 2 weeks to have stabilised well above $100 so fingers crossed it can stay there for another 50 weeks!!

Problem is Wecap are unable to sell into the market. Ive resigned myself its a years wait when hopefully the price is still $200 or more!!

Its because the WsShop shares are locked in for 12 months.

Yanks could buy Wecap ‘s 1.3M share cap for £10M on Aim which would cost £172M on Nas .

Surely they’ll start buying a few!!

After hours $174 = 39p approx.

Maybe US investors will eventually catch on to buying Wecap shares to take up a position on in Weshop at a huge discount!!
