I feel that if maiden Nasdaq results are good then WeShop may be considered as a bonafide concern. This in turn should close the sp disconnect. If the platform takes off and expands to more countries/ continents then it’s possible to understand the initial excitement briefly pushing sp to $250 !!

I seem to remember that Wecap held over 23% of WeShop. Got diluted to 11.8% by the additional B shares as part of IPO process

Weshop’s sp now 5% above float with mkt cap of $485m. Wecaps’s 11.8% (if all collected successfully) now worth £42.4m or about 9.5p per share, or about 8p after DCB debt.

Still a large disparity…..is it worth the risk and wait till Nov?… I’m in

Weshop floated at $20, so still not far below that. IF some good news is released hopefully we will see a more orderly rise

I think fear is kicking in that yet another placing will come before the sp is in a much higher price.

At this rate of progress Its becoming obvious that monies will run out before the last hole is drilled and final lab results are published., deeply unfortunate.

I know about additional rig etc, but look at how many billions of shares have been issued during the past year. Drilling still snails pace.

Trouble is drilling 30 holes should have been concluded by end feb and so far only part finished 1 and completed 2 !!. At this rate could take another 2-3 years by which time there’ll be about a trillion shares. Thats ny concern. The 10 bag slips to 2 bag.

WeShop don’t forget is still 3 c higher than at IPO

Why not fund raise say £9m at 1.3, about 700m shares. This would make about 1.25 billion shares.

Get the dcb of our backs. Yes its dilution but then master of our own destiny. Wouldn’t make much difference in the end. Maybe 5 bag instead of 7 bag.

I feel once online investors can deal the sp could rise to 120p with mcap of approx £6M.

Difficult to fathom out what’s going on here. If all goes to plan the total number of shares is approx £516 MILLION !!….. at min 12p would make market cap at approx £62milion in June 2026.

Perhaps they’re defending the possibility of a cheap takeover that may be imminently in the wings…..hopefully that’ll explain the current arbitrage between sp and warrants.

They need about £7.5 M to see them thru the debt and up to unlock and beyond:

At 2.5p (which would be great) that’s 300M shares bringing total to 738M. This will equate to approx 30.7p

At 2p (which is more likely) thats 375M shares bringing total to 813M. This will equate to approx 28p.

These figures are of course based on WeShop at $145

Have to pray WeShop delivers !!
