Coops… you persistently have digs at Guzzler et al. about not being able to read figures etc.
They have been calling out the activity here for a long time now and they’ve been proven right every single time. It’s over 90% down in that time. Maybe be a bit more open minded.

Iceman ..just for balance ;-D..
Spartan were overdue £300k+ interest at the end of 2024 which, because of NTVO cash flow, weren't paid and were essentially forced to convert to CLN. It was either agree to the terms or NTVO would be essentially over burdened with debt and they'd never see a penny.
Given the presentation last week where NTVO doesn't expect to be in positive cashflow until Q3 2026 (SB own words), they're converting now so that they can sell on the open market earlier to recoup some cash......
This adds resistance to share price rises as there'll be II's taking liquidity.
Dipmytoein.. the below was posted by another user. Sounds like they know more than the rest of us

Your on the right lines Iceman in terms keeping over 3% - I cannot comment further apart to draw attention to the face his partner mr crucefix has increased his holdings
Factually incorrect once again, Helx2. Spartan have not just acquired 52m shares. They already held 44m from CLN conversions (13 Nov & 20 Nov conversions).
EGPT claims to know more than the rest of us somehow by saying "we're on the right lines but can't comment further"...
R Edwards has disposed of circa 9m, and now Spartan has acquired circa 9m....something more to it in the background?

Exactly iceman and all very good points.
Unfortunately director costs were £1.5m of the £5.5m over 3 years which why I couldn’t understand holders not querying them as much as I was to understand which could be reduced. If I’m invested in something I’d want to understand a breakdown of significant costs. Appreciate with Ec. of scales it’ll come down, but got to add in JP wages to that for a start.
