Hopefully we will only have to wait a few days for Cineworlds coronavirus action plan with the shareholder meeting on weds. Thankfully crowd control and contactless systems should be quite easy to implement. Already stated they can be profitable at 10% capacity. GLA
Shareholder meeting on Wednesday...I'd like to see an update on the reopening plan and social distancing procedures being put in place. If the 2 metre distancomg can be adhered to, which we already know they've been in discussions about, its only going to strengthen the argument for reopening
Hopefully we will get his full phased plan on Sunday.
From what I've read I'm hoping some outdoor and family restrictions lifted on Monday with a 3 week closure extension on shops etc with the aim to reopen start June then larger retail and leisure 3/4 weeks later.
Thankfully with cinema's social distancing should be quite easy to maintain
High of 71 last Wednesday and since we have had broker targets for 140, plans for easing lockdown coming Sunday, so in my opinion in a stronger position than we were on last weeks rise. Hopeful we could see reopening plan from the share holder meeting next week too
I'd expect a rise over next couple of days with lockdown plan coming Sunday, wouldn't want to be out of it over the weekend!
Shareholder meeting next Wednesday, nicely timed after we've had the plan for lifting lockdown, so I'm sure we will get more info on the plans for reopening.
Nice broker targets of 140p from Canacord and Berenberg

Odeon have supposedly cut ties with Universal which is good news for Cineworld, however the bad news is universal have stated after the success of the on-demand video release of trolls they will look to do the same with future releases even once cinemas have reopened, hence the fall out!
In think Germany are the guinea pigs having relaxed some restrictions this week. Sadly 2 days in and the R rate has already risen back to 1. German officials have said it needs to stay below 1 to be manageable so may need to increase restrictions again quite soon... Not looking good considering how low they had kept their infection rates compared to US, UK, France, Italy, Spain
