AGM tomorrow, any news on ESS sale will see this hit 60s in my opinion. I have a tendency to sell early and end up watching the rise from the sidelines. Not taking that risk this time. Sale of ESS is imminent whether its this week or next month this will re-rate considerably
I'm expecting more than 60p once sale is confirmed. 60p on more details of sale from AGM. Charts look perfect for a run to 80s so when the technicals align with possible massive news I don't want to be out
@ironpyrite let's be honest whether its around £500million, slightly less if more this is going to rerate massively. Add the eclipse sale, well over £50million in cash from that disposal
A couple more here too

Every article I have read has said at least £500million. Here's the nasdaq link for starters. DYOR

Sudnal clearly wants back in at a lower price. Good luck mate, so far it's been a great share to trade between 48/50 wish I'd done it myself but knowing my luck it'll be the time it breaks 51 and keeps going. AGM tomorrow and I don't want to be out when the update lands. Anything on ESS sale will see this gap massively IMO
To be fair to Uddin they have reported that the disposals could total over £900million and shorts have reduced.
Even at the starting price of £500million for ESS this will massively re-rate...as you have said yourself in previous post Sudnal
If you check your first ever post you will find you personally attacked Investor first.
Investor don't take him on, happy to have you and your input here. Investor I'm sure you were very pleased to see that £115k buy at 17:35, you called it
People getting impatient and jumping ship way too early imo. Update on ESS sale post AGM along with review of all the contracts and partnerships formed over these past few months. ESS starting price of £500million should see this re-rate never mind updates that Capita have still been winning contracts and all the government projects
Clear 50 and we should see 55 pretty quickly, clear 55 and next target is 65/70 which could come pretty quickly given the right market conditions over these next few days
FTSE set to rise today, some nice buys after close yesterday. Sets us up for a good start. Over 13% up on a red day let's see what we can do on a blue market day with AGM getting closer
Over £400k worth of buys in after hours, should be a good start again tomorrow. 13% up today on a market red day, got to be happy with that! Still plenty to go, surely we will see 60s pre AGM. Charts look good for it!
Its an Uncrossing trade.
Stockbroker standard definition of UT - Uncrossing trade: "This is used for for the single uncrossing trade detailing the total executed volume and uncrossing price as a result of a SETS auction."
Basically at 4:30 it goes into auction and buys and sells are done at a fixed auction price set by the end of the auction which usually lasts 5 minutes. This will be a mix of buys and sells all at the same price. The fact it jumped from last trade is a good sign and indicates good buying pressure in the auction
