They need to get them Rns'd quickly, if you're not concerned in your little dream land that the Semnet arbitration may not affect the publication of results, thats fine. I am, im not happy with the timing of it and the seperation of the announcements, they absolutely could have giving both results and update on Semnet at the same time, ive got just over 10m shares still here and I want to know how we are doing. If they publish good results this week all will be fine, if they dont, well.....

Nothing stopping them releasing results last week or today, you would think they would want to after the last Rns, wonder why they havent.

Its the way Gst do things, look at Easysend, no separate Rns telling us we were no longer pursuing it, it was all bundled into a corporate update under the sub heading.

They released arbitration news at the same time they 'could' have also released results.

The timing is sus imo.

Taking away arbitration, which i don't think is a massive deal, I just hope it doesn't delay things.

In Gst we investors get the opportunity twice a year to see factually how the com6is progressing.

Im not happy with the arbitration news the more I think about it, this news could have been added to the results Rns quite easily under the sub heading 'Semnet'.

This is why im a little suspicious over the release of this year's financials.

All will be good again if we get them Monday morning and also under the sub heading 'bitcoin treasury' they tell us they've bought a load more.

I've been looking forward to seeing them, Im just not comfortable with the arbitration Rns so close to results which could have been released in a the same Rns.

None of these previous dates had a Rns beforehand mentioning arbitration over profits.

I'd much rather it was a non compete rather than a non complete. Need to see an Rns first thing Monday morning.

Its clearly a typo and its non compete.

The acquisition was completed so non complete doesnt make any sense at all.

I just cant see how they can publish results accurately without the full Semnet profits from the accounting period?

I hope im wrong and the results to come, but they can't even say due to the arbitration exactly what amount of profits they are talking about.

Im dubious over the announcement, they must have unearthed something during the accounting, maybe it took them a while to figure it out and decide on the arbitration route.

I sincerely hope they are not delayed due to this Semnet profit/non compete drama.
