Leew thats just utter rubbish. Arbitration are commonly used, but the majority of them do not even need disclosing, unless they may affect 3 main things.

1 being delaying the publication of results. We've waited 6 months for them, only for the BoD to decide to tell us about an arbitration regarding Semnet days before we are about to get them. As a long term holder, Im not happy with that, neither am I happy with the fact that whatever is going on, has clearly also affected the US listing with Semnet, as that should have been done by now imo. We should be flying now, and we are not.
