Has anyone actually complained to AIM, FSA, local MP or anyone else? Rather than whining about it on here. The many people(and there are many) who are disgruntled should get together and send complaints en masse to one body and see what happens. Unfortunately, further to my previous posts, punters kind of accept the loss because they know it was a risk and it is AIM etc. Well don't!! Instead of throwing your arms in the air, do something. Maybe if we all get together and complain, firstly to the company and secondly to an official body, then something may happen. Set a precedent. If nothing else, at least Zorbas will know we're on to him. And he'll never 'work' in this town again. Chances are f@@k all will happen, I hear you say. May as well go p##s in the wind etc. But if people have thousands riding on this, then surely it's worth an email, or better, a written letter sent recorded post. Let's do it. Smoke out the f??cker!! Make his life difficult.

MM's do seem very confident in letting it drop. My suspicion is there's some background sell order being worked and fed through in dribbles. Probably at around the 150 mark. This price would never have happened pre consolidation because the penny punters would have been buying it up like they used to. Yet the Zorb told us consolidation would 'attract' institutions. Of course the other side of the coin is what keeps us here, its the hope that one day he will produce something. And if he does, especially from this lowly price, it will multi multi multibag. Zorbas knows this. So for 364 days a year(or make that several years) he doesn't have to do anything. Just one piece of decent news will undo months and months of misery and name calling and suddenly he'll be the messiah once more. And on AIM he can just make something up, or embellish some vague news and the herd will do the rest. No rules after all. Meanwhile he suns himself on the beach. I think he'll get round to it at some point. Aimho, dyor, etc.

Yes I agree ofd. The authorities shouldn't allow it in a fair world and Zorbas should be sent to the Tower. But AIM has an unwritten disclaimer that basically says ""Put money in this unregulated nest of snakes at your own risk and prepare to lose it all, but don't come crying to us, you were warned!!""

Thing is, they can hold an AGM anywhere in the world and exclude everyone from voting in it, they can hide share sales from major holders and not update us ever....... all, I assume, under BVI rules. Been far more buys than sells of late, over 5000 in 1000 chunks, quite a few 500's and many 100's. So agree rise imminent imho.

As for a raise, possibly in the future to let his mates average down. But not until he has something juicy to sell them, by which time it will have risen anyway on the fact he has something to sell. So no bad thing.

Ridiculous the way they can get around basic shareholder rights with this BVI bullmuck. Did anyone get a note from their broker re voting in the AGM? I didn't, but usually do. No wonder Zorbas only need a 5th of shares in issue to get himself a 1st class seat on the gravy train for another year.

Still optimistic we'll see a huge rise this quarter at some point.

With just half a day left of what's been a 12 month downhill journey for most, I am optimistic that 2019 can't be any worse. That's the bare minimum. I mean, how could it be any worse? Only thing left now on the downside is delist and lose the lot. But I really don't think that will happen. If nothing else, Zorbas is an egocentric big head. No way will be want this to fail. Can't see what would be in it for him, other than an embarrassing failure. And what would be the point of the consolidation, or lifting of suspension prior to results, or renewing the license?? So assuming it won't go tits up, the only way from here has to be up. Risk/reward is now very favourable. Maybe a small dink down to mid teens first by the mm's for old times sake. I am still convinced he'll surprise us at some point with a JV or some other rocket lighter. You may think god knows why considering his contempt for us so far, but probably because it ain't for us. Anything good that does happen here is not for us. It's for him and his cartel of cronies. Nevertheless, we benefit. And on AIM it's usually all about riding the coat tails of these ********s. So as the old sayings go, expect the unexpected, just when all seems lost, when all else are fearful, the only way is up, etc. Interims in the morning and probably nothing of note imho. But I will be adding over the coming weeks as I've just got a feeling first quarter 2019 will be much better ..... and we'll be here in a few months saying "do you remember when............" ... we've all been there.

What a con, can't sell, but offer still 170.5! Why not drop the offer if that's the case. This consolidation has made the spread worse, the tosser in charge needs to explain how the foook he thought consolidation would make this better. But my guess is he hasn't got two brain cells to rub together.
