Seriously tho', my bet is the silence, lack of funds, bod not buying, CCC not divesting..... can all be explained by a deal being negotiated in the background. Maybe Ivanhoe are doing their own tests/dd on Zeb prior to sigining off on a JV which would bring funds, allow CCC to divest at multiples of todays sp, open the door for bod to buy, etc, etc, etc.... Aimho, dyor, etc.....

Must be a large background sell to be able to drop it like this and sell at below the lowest published sell. Guessing from the silence it might be someone on here releasing funds to top up elsewhere maybe? Anyway, good news is at 85p bid no limit sells have been triggered, so mm's have drained the swamp. Hmmmm. So to simplify things. Zorbas has built a myriad of companies that he is in charge of that buy assets from each other using shares. All hidden behind BVI and Cypriot smokescreens. Endgame? Probably funnel them all into a couple of companies that he is the majority shareholder while skimming fees etc along the way. Then, and only then, good news 'comes along' and he rakes it in. Beach time! Then rinse and repeat. As always, just my own ramblings/opinions etc, so dyor! For us the game is the same, be on board when he decides to set the rocket off.

Yes, I've no doubt this is dodgy as f@@k and they're now just stretching what they can get away with under BVI 'rules'. The companies involved appear to be just vehicles for Zorbas to do dubious deals between Zorbas A and Zorbas B and pocket the difference. That's the business model? I read about Niketo some time ago and thought wtf! when I saw it was very much entwined in URU and Zorbas. The shares then ended up with Captor of which Zorbas is CEO. In fact I'm not sure there's been any deal with any party that hasn't had Zorbas in it's DNA somewhere. All the time the actual business is mothballed and receives the bare minimum in terms of news to qualify it as a company. The whole 0.45p to 4.5p rise looks like it was rigged too. Like I said yesterday, just got to hope that part of his plan is to pump the shit out of this again at some point and ride the coat tails, because business wise it's just a shell to serve his scheming purposes. All of this is very much my opinion only so always dyor, etc.....

Yes it does look like a fix for him and his mates. All of it, MRS, URU, etc, etc. All far too incestuous to be a coincidence. However there must be an endgame, a plan for them to rake it in from these antics. As such, we're not playing anything 'Zorbas'(adjective:useless, noun: ****) as a viable company anymore, instead we're playing the fix. Forget the accounts, drills, etc..... they're irrelevant, this is about sussing out what Zorbas & co are up to and catching the wave. Bumper April ahead imho, this has to come to fruition soon, those beaches won't indulge themselves! Aimho, dyor, etc.....

When 24 shares was 24000 shares they were worth over £1000 at the old 4.5p top. So not that insignificant if they were bought then. Maybe someone just wanted closure and cashed in for what is now just under £40. Or posssibly people selling to cover the deficit on a T trade that now needs covering. Or, as mbennett says, the treasury shares taken in the consolidation, although as the 24000 is divisible by 1000 I'm not sure it's that. Aimho, dyor, etc...

mbennett. Good for you having a go. I just don't think 10% pi ownership is going to give Zorbas sleepless nights. He's effectively blocked pi's from having any influence in URU via Canada and BVI 'rules' and he clearly has total contempt for retail investors. Chances are he'll just ignore you again. But nothing ventured nothing gained and all that. So good luck.
