In fact, since the last reported buy on here, there have been 6788 traded, of which I calculate 5417 are actually buys(79.8%). This is worked from knowing the actual bid/offer at the time from dummy trades. Of course there is the possibility that it's smoke and mirrors, but because they are all simple ordinary' O' trades, they were bought through the market at the prevailing price. Aimho, dyor, etc....

If the offer has gone from 1.29 to 1.45 then that confirms(again) they are buys. Agree that those looking in will see red, but that's just the way the website software works it out. Often the only way to know if it's a buy or sell is to do your own dummy trade. With such a wide spread the actual trades can be anywhere in between and reported wrong if, for example, a buy is below the mid it shows as a sell. I think the mm's should be compelled to report them accurately, but that will never happen because it's another tool for them to skin us with. Anyway, only takes a few seconds to do a dummy trade and work it out yourself. Of course then there's delayed reporting, rollovers, bargain conditions, etc, etc, etc...... all muddying the water further......

But this is obvious ofd. Offer is 1.29, bid is 1.2. So far 3500 have gone through at 1.29. Hence buys. Easy to do a dummy trade to find out, not an assumption. Question is, where have the mm's got 3500 share from to sell at 1.29, that's the suspicious bit imho. And why the sudden buying, just bargain hunters, or summat else?

Because dummy trades showed the bid is 120.6, offer is 129. Pretty obvious.

Yes, remarkable isn't it...... if he'd done the opposite and pumped the sp up on bullshit & co then he'd have been investigated. But down, no that's ok.

Ha ha, indeed, barely trading may have been better. But just an issue with their website, says last accounts Jan 2018, clearly wrong.

Oh there's hope ofd. Otherwise why would anyone bother holding. AIM is corrupt in general. No doubt anyone would tell you it's a huge risk and you accept that risk when buying. Zorbas isn't unusual on AIM. What's unusual is a profitable well run company with shareholders interests at the fore. As I've said before, this misery will continue until one day Zorbas decides it's our turn. Then the herd will turn up with their rocket pictures etc. No doubt imho it will happen one day, just in the meantime it's irritating as hell.

And I may be wrong, but I believe at MRS he can't issue more shares because holders blocked it, so he's having another go. In the meantime he trashed the sp with that ludicrous deal for a kids toy company run by his mate and hooveerd up a shedload of shares at a 50% discount. Again, aimho, dyor, etc.....

Your post assumes a regular and normal world that Zorbas lives in. But he's as slippery as a snake on a slide soaked in KY Jelly. Just 2 minutes on Google looking into the shareholders has led me on a trail that has given me a headache. I just took Adams International, pin in the page stuff, I thought lets see who they are. Well guess what. They are a Hong Kong based 'company'(ho ho) that took shares in URU for some warrants, but surprise surprise, they also took shares in I5 Holdings that now happens to be a company owned by Captor Capital. Ok it may be a coincidence but I gave up trying to get the links due to said headache. My point is, no matter where you look with this arse wipe, all roads lead back to him. I might try another of the significant shareholders now, but what's the point, always the same. Never assume anything Zorbas does is aimed at getting the best for his companies and their shareholders, whether it's Captor or URU. Having a majority shareholding, hopefully prior to some great news, might be his aim, or might not, but whatever it is it will be for the benefit of Zorbas and Zorbas alone. Aimho, dyor, etc...

He could buy them at £140.5k at todays bid, not much more than he paid for his MRS shares a few days ago and just a few hours on the beach for him. Maybe then he'll actually do something to get the price up.

Wonder if it is to suppress the price so when Captor need to dispose they do so at a derisory price, but in line with their manifesto and hey presto, Zorbas snaps them up for a song. Would be in line with his own current manifesto to accumulate as many shares as possible in his myriad of companies using various tricks, so he can do what he likes with them unchallenged. Ok I know Captor are his company too, but since when has he given a f about the welfare of his companies and their shareholders?

More drizzly little sells. MM's are probably aware of the amount needed to be disposed of from the consolidation, if that's what they are.
