Every day you hold this share past 4.30pm you risk a 7am RNS saying "due to XYZ the company has requested a suspension of it's shares pending blah blah". Short of saying run for the hills I'm not sure what more the BoD could have said. Money is/has run out. Aimho, dyor, etc.

Exactly, all the buys yet still only just above level. Suggests there's still a big seller or forward selling of a placing.

Not exactly flying though is it, more like limping.

Clearly a seller has placed a large sell with an mm, you could see earlier how the rest wanted to move up but the one held it down until it's disposed of. Then it'll bounce back towards 1p imho.

As for the scaremongers, obviously it ain't ideal, but they have enough cash to avoid going bust and suspension, for now. This from the previous trading statement.

Cash Position

Cash as at 30 June 2024 was £5.0m. While we expect this to reduce towards the year end, no further funding is required.

Of course it's oversold. All it takes is a single holder with a sizeable holding to want out, place the sell with the mm's and then drop it until gone. Once gone, it bounces back hard to a more realistic level. this is what we are seeing imho.

Very small buy, singular and a 200k sell. Lets not bend the truth. Gapped up, will want to close that.

Hope these 500k's and the 1m are director buys.

Now the results are out the way, presumably the BoD will be buying at this bargain price and if not, why not? No excuse!

Loss making and with a turnover your local Mr Whippy van would be embarrassed of. Just exists to pay the BoD a nice salary. Aimho.

Agree, buy low. Low 0.2’s should be available soon imho. But even that might not be the low. Who knows what ‘low’ actually is with this!

Previous low. Nice little trade from 0.3 to 0.4 on the suspiciously well timed news the day after the placing, remarkable that!! But (imho) it'll now drift down to previous lows again.

And with the rounding down on the rounding down of the VWAP, presumably Bergen will soon end up with unlimited shares?

It's like BSFA, just a bunch of boffins living the dream at shareholders expense. No business.
