Shares will have gone to bucket shops and mm's. They'll then sell them to you for 20% profit which will weigh on the price until gone.

MM's are there to maintain an orderly market. So expect them to take it down in an orderly way to find enough buyers to offload New Tech's shares so they can convert again and repeat.
