focusIR May 2024 Investor Webinar: Blue Whale, Kavango, Taseko Mines & CQS Natural Resources. Catch up with the webinar here.
De Grey is considered tier 1, which is a difference and it’s huge with barrack sniffing around. There are many other examples including gold road resources again considered tier 1 with gruyere (now producing and now own 20% of de grey + stakes in a few other juniors) + paying dividends and have a load of cash. Other examples are Bellevue a near term producer (100% owned) mine will be producing soon to be one of the highest grade mines globally. I could and list more down the tree to juniors that are dirt cheap on the ASX. Compare and you realise you are overvalued ( also factor in your risk )
I think the appetite to lend GGP money at the moment is limited to payday lenders…..if not loan sharks. So buying the other 70% + repaying Newcrest + buying telfer is a dream. The market know this ….. look at the chart
Sorry to jest ….. but it’s true about the pumping here. There is no such thing as a free lunch, the pumpers are the ones to shout at. If you don’t believe me look at the chart of GGP and the chart of gold ( or any miner and exploration company ). Also look back at the posts of paddy and others when this was 20-35p …. Pump pump pump and the price of gold was a lot lower
Classic nonsense from small shareholder investors…… you aren’t getting anything for Christmas let alone electric trucks and mining equipment . You aren’t operators or miners. You have zero say, if Newcrest (or new owners) don’t want to mine then no mining
Hopefully bumps comes back…maybe the GGP reaction to $2,000 gold was too much. Nearly every Goldie seems to have bounced +10%. Some interesting moves today on the ASX among Goldies both the producers, developers and explorers
Interesting that all the main gold shares on the ASX had an excellent day (including Newcrest, goldroad, northern star, Bellevue westgold, de grey to name a few +3-5% and a few higher). Maybe the investor presentation and roadshow has led some to suspect a placement is on the way
