The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
As expected. Terrible.
I had 8 million shares at one point. Made a bit of profit on 3 million share but the other 4 mil I sold at 80% down at 0.09. Thank god because it looks like it’s heading further down. Last mil is in for a laugh.
I was a holder of EUA got out ages ago when it was at 30s.
I hope no one is in too heavy but honestly anything Russian influence/involvement etc etc you should be weary of. My Mrs company sold anything Russian at the start of the war even though all the algorithms said to buy. Too risky for there portfolio.
This is going to be a long war. Years at least.
Yes how long do you stay a start up!!! Jeez.
The idea is good not completely unique. I think AZ was hoping for a big bank etc to buy his idea. I ran this past a few of my mates in the city and they each said it’s good but banks could implement if they wanted to. Why don’t they?
Not worth it for them.
I sold some last week at 0.085.
Took an 80% hit but seems like a wise move now.
Going to 0? Quite possibly. The 2 big leavers shows something not right. My guess is salary wasn’t good enough. They were both finance guys/gals 6 figure salary pretty standard in London, (Managing Directors get £300k basic salary in a bank, bonus same amount) and I bet the initial contract was you will be paid x amount that will increase in April 2022. AZ can’t pay them so they left.
I love the SYME concept but serious flaws exist.
I’m so far down that even if I sold now it almost wouldn’t be worth it.
I do know someone who invested about x10 what I did!!!! Haven’t asked him his thoughts for about 8 months!!!
Live and learn. Sticking to FTSE 100/250 from now on. Doubled on SHELL and a few others which balances out this SYME joke.
My average is around 0.4. Not sure exactly as I was as trading it in another account taking some profit. Currently have around 5.5 mil shares. I did have up to 8.5 mil selling some for around 20-40% profit and had to sell 1 mil recently.
Personally the product seems very good. AZ is a bit of a bafoon though. Lots of ramping before but doesn’t do that now. Will it go anywhere? Who knows.
From a trading perspective it went through level 4 support yesterday which was 0.8. Support now 0.7 with resistance at 0.9 but will know more once the markets open.
I for one am worried about the suspension going on for so long.
I have been in SYME about 6 months with 4 million shares at 0.45 average so if it sinks it will hurt.
I understand the business model and believe it will work just maybe not at SYME
I normally use FTSE futures as a guide but recently it’s been BS.
I had a short from yesterday on RR at 99p closed out at 94 for £180. Didn’t open as low as I thought so will go long from now.
