We are told GGP made an offer to buy 5% for $85k which was turned down . Its great that SD sees the value here but had his offer been accepted where on earth would the money have come from ??

Unfortunately this is an impossible task when there are billions of shares issued.

LL am sure theres no way any bid would be or have any chance of succeeding at that level . I was thinking 16-20p range might possibly temp many totally fed up LT investors who are sick to the teeth of watching the sp erode almost daily . I think once the vote has happened and Whyloo and funding are waived through the chance for NCM to pick it up at around that level will have passed forever .

With the sp at rock bottom is there a chance of NCM making a cheeky bid before the vote in an effort to scupper the Whyloo deal and funding ? You might think that if they are ever intending to make an offer now would be their best opportunity .

Why on earth do they post a forecast the day before results . Surely makes sense to wait !
