I think that is a very low sale price (based on our reported compensation) considering the price of phosphate and REE has increased significantly this year with china shutting down sale of both to the rest of the world. However, the deal maybe well structured (like zinc star) and we may receive royalties from the elements produced, or they may return the processed material after phosphate extraction (if that’s such a thing) so we can process the REE from the bulk. We just don’t know at this point without a confirmation RNS.

I also feel we are now directionless.

We still don’t know a time scale for when we can expect royalties from zinc star. It was a well structured deal but I would feel much more confident about the company finances once it is confirmed we are receiving regular royalty payments. We apparently have done a drill campaign in the Kalahari copper belt but have no results and now investors want to throw more money drilling without knowing the results from the previous drill campaign. Why throw good money after bad if the results were not good? If the results were good, why not let investors know they are good so it doesn’t look like your just drill for the sake of it?

Sorry for the downbeat post, just wish the company would communicate better with investors because it seems like all we do is prove up resources then let them go without much in the way of compensation for the company’s efforts.

I honestly thought there would be an RNS today detailing the drill results before today’s AGM. I also would have thought we would have had confirmation about the $750k for the mining license for zinc star (early march RNS). Today’s AGM is going to be fun.

Where are the drill results, where are the drill results, where are the drill results? etc.

I assume this is the last day to sell warrants before they expire (or have they already expired prior to trading today?) as per the RNS on 18th October 2019 states;

"The Brokers Warrants and the Placing Warrants may be exercised at any time in the period expiring on the second anniversary of Admission of the Placing Shares."

So we should expect an RNS anyway this week with details of the remaining exercise of warrants.

Can someone (preferably a large man named Antony) ask Colin where are the drill results during the interview tomorrow hosted by ZAK.

Large Anthony: Hello Colin, can we have the drill results now?
Colin: The answer is no.
Large Anthony: I'm afraid I must insist. You see, my wife she has been most vocal on the subject of the drill results. "Where are the drill results?" "When are you going to get the drill results?" "Why aren't you getting the drill results now?" And so on.

So please, the drill results.

I think we are waiting on natural erosion of the earth rather than spend money on drilling. It may also be quicker.

Are we planning to release any news this year? The monster under my bed spends less time in the dark than Galileo investors.

Radio silence from the company cannot continue forever and I expect news soon (I hope) on several fronts:

1. Confirmation of sale of licenses to Sandfire (due this week)
2. Kalahari Copper Belt - drill results or at least confirmation we have actually started drilling as per the May RNS.
3. Zink star - Confirmation we have received the $700k payment for the sale of the license to Siege. Additionally, confirmation they have started mining the site and we are receiving royalty payments (as per the RNS in March)
4. Ferber Project – March RNS stated “The Company has maintained its licences at its Ferber project in Nevada in the United States and in view of the prospectively is finalising a reconnaissance drilling / exploration program to be undertaken prior to renewal in August 2021.” So what is happened to these licenses as we have heard no news on any reconnaissance drilling, and August renewal date has passed?
5. Glenover Project: The never ending looking for a date at the end of a night out. Will we ever agree to sell or process the phosphate/ rare earths ourselves?
6. Ka****u Project: I assume this is on hold until we confirm zink star payment, but confirmation of this is needed.
7. Finally an annual report is overdue which should contain all the above. Where is this report? What is happening about an AGM?

Topped up a small amount at 1.18p around an hour ago and it's still not showing.
