I wouldn't hold my breath with regards to news about Star Zinc royalties. As its an ongoing payment I assume the company wouldn’t class every payment to it from royalties as RNS worthy information. So, I expect news on royalty payments to be either every quarter or half year. But I agree it would be a boost to the share price and allow us to move on with our other projects with a reduction in risk of a shareholder dilution.

I'd just like to hear of a plan of what our next move is with regards to all our projects. Surely, we should hear soon of where we are going to drill this year - Kash itu, Luansobe Copper, more Kalahari Copper drills or even Ferber. I'm frustrated about the lack of information or a clear strategy of what the company plans to do for the year. Maybe there is something brewing in the background, but all investors have to go on is hope that there is.

We get regular confirmation of zinc star royalties of $400-500k a month, good news on kalahari drilling or confirmation that sandfire have hit the mother load on one of our sold licences then I'd be hoping for double that value iky. It's nice to dream :)

I'd just like some news. We seem to sitting around waiting for I don't know what. Colin may need to invest in a family pack of Yorkshire Tea to pass the time.

Probably no impact judging from what happened after Fridays great news. I think we could be a productive £200M a year company and still be valued at £12M

Looks like have a bullish hammer candlestick on the daily chart.

Also, the 1 week chart shows we hit resistance trying to cross the 100 day moving average but found support at the 200 day moving average (assuming we finish above 0.97).

Not sure what it means, just shooting the wind.

I would also hope we get some news regarding zinc star and subsequent royalties which could also be used to cover our current exploration endeavours.

Glenover
From other posters to this board, Colin at the AGM eluded (apparently, but as I was not there I cannot confirm this) to the fact that Glenover was to be sold soon. What happened? We haven’t heard anything and so it looks like another one of those “boy who cried wolf” statements at the AGM.

Ferber Project (posted before)
Again, statement from the final report, “Whilst limited work has been carried out at the Ferber Project, Nevada, USA, we have renewed our licences and intend to carry out reconnaissance exploration before year end.” We have 5 weeks until year end, tick tock.

Kalahari Copperbelt: Botswana
This project looks to be where all our eggs are at and yet we receive minimal news from drill progression or results. Xtract (one of Colin’s other companies) are pumping out weekly exploration update RNSs like they are going out of fashion and yet we’ve only had one (in November) since the RNS in May stating that drill would commence that month (the result of the RNS I don’t mind so much, as it is only first round of drilling). We need better communications from the company.

Overall
I haven’t sold any shares but at the same time I am not looking to top up as there are too many unknowns. Due to the company being fully funded (not expecting a dilution, but then again this is AIM and anything can happen) I think Colin has put Galileo on the backburner whilst he concentrates on his other companies and we wait for news from zinc star, Ka****u licences, drill results for Botswana. This is why the share price is drifting lower, bad communications from the company and lack of trust.

I think no one really knows what is going on and the lack of information coming from the company is deafening (long post/rant).

Zinc Star
Confirmation of the sale of Zinc star to siege was in March. The RNS stated “Payment of Consideration: US$50,000 will be paid on Completion and US$700,000 paid at the later of 90 days from i) the signing of the Agreement and ii) Completion. Completion will occur once the Star Zinc Project Licence has been assigned to Siege.”
This then changed to (in the final report RNS) “The arrangement reached with Siege, involves an initial US$50,000 payment and US$700,000 thereafter against certain deliverables, after which the Company receives a turnover based royalty.”
Why are there suddenly additional conditions attached to the sale of the licence? What are the certain deliverables? Also, why are the samples being shipped on the ocean, Zambia is landlocked in the middle of Africa? Can’t we find a processing plant or testing facility closer to the mine? Does this mean that the bulk of the mined material will also be shipped on the ocean for processing too?

Ka****u Project
Looks like we’ve lost this again to Siege with bulk of the licence applications (I think Ella discovered) for mining and exploration being made in their name (I think we applied for a small exploration licence, but the information eludes me and is back within a thread posted on this board). Again, no update from the board with regards to what is happening and only through the hard work from another poster to this board did we discover this.

The half year report has been released in either December or January for the last 3 years. That’s the only definite news we are due.

Looks like a huge (4.5 million, ~£46k) buy on friday afternoon has just been reported. Priced at 1.04p, this was purchased well above the range reported for friday afternoon (1.002 - 0.937p).

So, does that mean we get to explore, prove up the resource and lose it again to siege for a royalty at some point in the future (if ever). Yeay

I assumed that the company were waiting for the warrants to expire before presenting price sensitive news (like drill results or possible sale of Glenover). They surely have expired by now. Can we have some drill news now and maybe a plan of action for the next 6 months for all projects because at the minute we are in a state of limbo.
