I'm I reading this right, or does the RNS suggest zinc star will not be mined and therefore we won't be receiving monthly royalties?

Sorry Analytical, I'm not down with the cool kids so no idea how to do a podcast (star zinc RNS update was last done in Feb and it basically reiterated the terms of the sale) . It just seems the company gets excited over a project, says how great it is, then nothing for months on end. The they find a new project to get excited about and forget to tell investors whats going on with the previous projects.

I probably expect too much, and I do like this company, its just I wish we were kept up to date more. Anyways, rant over nearly time for lunch. Happy investing

As much as Mr. Sunshine bathes us in his wisdom. There surely has to be an update relatively soon on what is actually going on. Its been so long I actual forgot what we are up too.

How is star zinc progressing, have they managed to hire another person with their own bucket to dig it up? Glenover, what the deuce - wheres the update, have we sold it or not, £5.3 M may seem small change to other companies but its half our market cap. Kalahari Copper Belt, radio silence since November, Colin was like a giddy kid last year about that project and now no new whats so ever. Then there are about 3 or 4 other projects I've forgotten about because of no news.

Does anyone know when we are due end of year results? The interim results were posted on 31st December, so I would expect the final results to be 6 months later which would be 30th June (thursday), is this correct?

He's like the kid at nursery, who's taken all the best toys from the tray to stop the other kids playing with them, but can't decide which one to play with himself.

Surely we are due notice of an AGM soon, so we can get some details about what the actual plan is.

We quite clearly require an RNS relating to the sale of Glenover on Wednesday, with either confirmation of the £5.33M received for completion of the sale or confirmation the sale has be extended to the 10th of november 2022.

So which is it?

Fair enough, but that would value the company at ~£7.7M.

We're expecting £5.3M in less than a month (from glenover sale) and with cash already in the bank (from sale of Kalahari Copper licenses to sandfire) and zinc royalties coming in (hopefully much larger - again need to be confirmed by the board). I'd say less than a penny is a bit shy on the valuation for Galileo.

But we are drifting as there is a lack of news on all projects and this time last year we were hit with a placing no-one was expecting.

We no longer own 95 % of zinc star.

Not sure they are all sells, but why only buy above 1.2p?

Thats the 10th 500k sell in a week above 1.2p. Whats going on? Are these placement shares that the company paid out and are only profitable to sell above 1.2p?

I've had a little nibble at these prices today.

Look at weekly chart. Up to top of bollinger band, up above the rising 100 week moving average (at last). With 50 week moving average about to touch the 100.

I hope this is the next leg up.

Im no expert but the charts (daily, weekly and monthly) start to look bullish to me are looking like there maybe a shift in investor sentiment (I admit charts aren't eveything for AIM shares, but they fun to keep a track of).

In the daily charts it also looks like a possible breakout from the downward channel we have been in for the last year.

But more than likely it will be around 1p as we wait another year for news

If its a sandfire buy out then it has to be a huge offer. Imagine they already hit big on one of our licences we sold them. Then they would owe us $80M. So an offer of $100M for us isn't actually that great as its only an extra $20M on top of what they owe us, but they will get our cash in the bank, all our other KCB licenses, royalties from Star zinc, and avoid any more $80M payouts on other licenses that they hit with. Not to mention our other projects.

My guess would be a buy out of just the remaining licenses at KCB for around double the previous sale (~£10M), with a slight increase in payouts should they be successful ($100M - $150M) on a licence.
