In today at 432p :)
Miserable day on here from the looks of it!! My stop was set at 89p and kicked in at 88.85p. Have only sold half of them though (following my double a few days ago)...as has been agreed fundamentals stack up ridiculously well here (imho). If it drops back to around 74pish I'll double up again - just trying to be clever and stake build off the swings... if I miss the wave I'm still half in so can enjoy the rise and put the rest of my money into some other opportunity. I reckon CWR is almost a no-brainer, though...it's just they're not quite there yet so there remains a definite element of risk. Any of you guys fearing a general market crash at all, maybe around the dreaded October / November time???Anyone got an opinion on how this will affect more speculative stocks like this - in the past has it has as much impact on these types of shares as with FTSE 100/250 companies????
Cheers for the chart commentary guys. Have put a tight trailing stop loss on half my holding.
61 CNT shares at 16p. Yes with trading costs I need a 150% gain to break even!!! However, I wasn't prepared to risk any more on a company that may go bust. If they stay afloat they only need to get to around half of what they were worth at their peak for a decent return though. Basically, I was bored and would class this as a complete gamble rather than an investment....livened up the day a bit though :)
Lucky escape for you Mikey - you must be pretty pleased you got out. I was bored yesterday and bought 10 quids worth of shares at 16p for a laugh! I figured they might 10 bag in a couple of years in which case I'm happy! If they go bust on Monday I can live with that. :)
Here and across portfolio today. Highlight of the day watching CNT drop and then go back up again and man was that exciting
Well this chat board is dead so thought I'd be first to post. Bought a very small number of these a short while ago and now powering towards break even - may look to build a larger stake depending how things go. Bought these as I realised I was buying more and more stuff off the internet and each time I would miss the delivery and end up going to a distribution warehouse to pick up my items - more often than not a UK Mail warehouse! Figured that as an older generation that don't use the internet slowly disappear, a new generation will come through that will purchase off the internet routinely and that must mean more business for companies like this one. On the downside, I see a lot of my bank statements get delivered by this company and I wonder whether in time, these statements may go purely online. However, I then thought about the current government's murmurings regarding Royal Mail and decided that the upside of potential privatisation or part privatisation of Royal Mail has got to be good for UKM. Results look pretty good so far so so here I am with my tewny weeny holding :)
Doubled up at 75p. Averaging 69p now.
Spoke to soon LP 133.00 - 137.00
BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM! :)
...if anyone cares!!????
Shareprice showing 2 trades of 300,000 each at 126.126p and 125.625p. Gotta be buys...can anyone confirm???
Find it hard to put a target on this one so just kind of running with it at the moment. Anyone have any thoughts?
I bought in purely on fundamentals. My level of technical analysis was to observe that it didn't seem to be dropping anymore (not much of a chartist me!) but was encouraged by 1wjm and mikey99 that there might be something more happening and so got lucky when this proved to be right. i'm staying in based on fundamentals though - this is a medium to long termer for me.
Had a trawl through the CWR website again last night to remind me why I invested here and came to a similar conclusion - this is one to hold for at least 12 months, keeping a close eye on the news flow of course. I'm only a small investor...bought in at 60p last week and am now considering doubling my holding but not sure where to find the cash from! Get paid on Friday, if price is still at these levels that might be my opportunity.
All 4 are from last week - take another look at the dates mate!....and the prices paid :)
1, 2, 1, 2
Another 3 in a row at 87.5p
Just got up after working a night shift last night.....this is just what I wanted for breakfast!
Appreciated thank you....no way I'm selling at 73p but will keep the £1 figure in mind for a possible sell / top-slice depending on any news
