This study from the CDC website admits “ Testing identified the Delta variant in 90% of specimens from 133 patients. Cycle threshold values were similar among specimens from patients who were fully vaccinated and those who were not.”

The answer, of course, is not antigen testing but full masking. Unbelievable.

@Marik, have you actually read our Government’s plan B proposal? Testing is limited to the non vaxxed. Yet again, they are ignoring the science.

NNN (formerly RNS) doing well today in anticipation of an NHS contract. Of course, if you are going to allow mass events without mass testing, then it makes sense that people should be masked up.

please let the Government know here. It’s something positive you can do to protect your investment in the diagnostic side of Avacta. (If you don’t do it, you are basically giving the Gov permission to restrict testing to the vaccine refuseniks ( currently 10% of U.K. adult population.)

Hi Trek, I echo the sentiment here. Thanks to you, my portfolio is looking much more healthy and I’ve managed to tear myself away (largely) from Avacta - a stock that I made the mistake of falling in love with. I just wish I had followed your advice and kept cash in August! Also, I’m interested to know whether Mrs Trek is still heavily into HE1 - or has she also become an income seeker?

Don’t know how many have picked up on the fact that this is now a copper AND a lithium play. Still very much under the radar. Perhaps just a steady rise by the end of the day rather than the typical pump and dump you get when all the day traders join in.

What kind of warped science tells them that double vaccination is a better indication of infectiousness than an accurate LFT test done on the day of an event?

Nevertheless, for us to make any money out of live events, night clubs and mass gatherings, we still need to persuade the Gov that accurate antigen testing is a better route for establishing non-infectiousness than a certificate of double vaccination - which is their current line of thinking. All Avacta shareholders should do this to try and save the Gov from its own stupidity.

Well as long as PD have stopped using frozen pigs spit (and they must surely have been shamed out of that practice by now) then I’m sure Mologic and Avacta will pass with flying colours. Interestingly, the FDA banned use of frozen samples, so Visitect should not encounter the same problems over the pond!
