They'll take all mine now. Offered 1.151p for over 6m shares on an online deal. I've never seen that before with this stock.

Well, my broker (LLoyds Share Dealing) will only buy 1m of my shares on an online deal. But I agree something is brewing so I bought another 167,000 shares @ 1.235p with the spare cash in my account.

I doubt Hebei could force an aggressive takeover. I believe the 50m trade a few days ago was a sell.

TM is chairman of both companies, and CEO of IMM. To be fair to IMM they still have the warrants and needed the cash. But lets just say that all share sales and warrant transactions, loans and the likes between both companies are probably related party transactions.

Nice posts from Vascular and Geraldus. Thank you. I think TM and SW are sitting in their own echo chamber here and are simply not doing enough to calm the market. The chart says it all really.

It sounds like the money will be paid. TM made it clear all orders are paid for By Marionnaud on delivery. However, to make a significant change to the product launch at such short notice is very worrying. I'm bracing myself for a loss on this one. TM's lack of communication is also a problem.

Obviously they will start mining when they sign an offtake agreement with someone. Should be announced by end of year.

@Metalhead25 I think the difference here is that 2a (Perdevlei) is a continuation of their existing Aleander Bay licence area, and the infrastructure they have will be used for both. So, once they get the mining permit for 2a it will become a part of the operating project. They aren't actually mining 1a (Alexandra Bay) at the moment so its not an operating project either.

That's an understatement. If it's worth 1p at 5 hectares of resource, it is worth at least 10p once it gets the mining licence for the additional 170 hectares.

Oldbutnowisa I was thinking the same thing. (ie too early to sell given size) I have 5m shares but will only be selling some when it's much higher. I think this is now quite an unusually attractive investment.

Oldpro's information that the retail selling price is £100 would change my figures dramatically (obviously). I hope he/she is right because that makes the current price an absolute steal especially if they bill the full 350,000 in FY 24/25.

I referenced the Stanford analyst projections. They use a £35 unit price. By that, Stanford could mean the trade price per unit to AS Watson/Marrionaud rather than the retail price. It's unclear.

RRP £35 per unit. Production cost £10 per unit. Distribution margin to AS Watson going to be around £12.50, retained gross margin for Incanthera is therefore around £12.50. i.e. the first 250,000 order produces £3.125M. 250,000 order will be paid for on delivery to AS Watson in this financial year. Value of company at the moment - 20 x EBITDA? £62M. Just Switzerland and Austria. Fully diluted share count 138.9M. I assume we'll get some uplifted broker forecasts from Stanford Capital Partners soon.

They still have 7.3M the warrants of course. But I agree, it is a strange move by Tim Franklin. If the Marionnaud Switzerland and Austria launch orders are anything to go by, this will be worth multiples of today's share cap in a few years time.

Dennis doesn't have the headroom to issue new shares (last AGM resolutions 8 and 9 were withdrawn of course) so he can't arrange a placing even if he wanted to. If KZG runs out of working capital, AMS will gain control of the company. Despite delays getting the permit, the share price hasn't really moved down, which supports the view that the property assets (primarily Walviskop) will prove very profitable eventually.

Hi Vas; Using the projections in the slide set, and a conservative valuation metric of 5 X EBIT then I think the share price forecast for the next three years looks like this:

2025 = 17p (the bid price today)

2026 = 63p

2027 = 196p

Assumes no further shares issued. 77.9M shares in issue today. I think many would say 10 x EBIT would be more realistic, but without knowing what the retained profit after tax will be I think it's best to use a lower figure.

I bought some because it's very good value at today's price. For every £1 of stock you get around £120 funds under management.

I bought some. I had to set up an AJ Bell ISA to do it because Halifax/Lloyds (my existing ISA) doesn't allow you to buy AQSE stocks. As you say the prospects look excellent.

@JonnyGee reducing the dividend to align with the current share price in the way you're saying would simply encourage the doubters to argue the company's finances are a sham and that it can't afford to pay the dividend. The price would go down further. At this stage DEC should declare two further quarters dividend payment at the current rate. The share price should be circa £20, not a tad under £10.
