I do think it’s important to remember though, at this stage, drilling across mineralisation really isn’t they uncommon. You only begin to drill more steep intersections bordering on “vertical” once you’ve fully identified the deposit, understand it’s structures and can begin infill drilling.
If anybody follows ORR/CORA (just for examples), the cross sections are similar, with holes drilled at an angle or dip of -60, -70, degrees etc. It doesn’t mean you can’t find longer widths by doing so, you can still hit 30/40/50m intersections it just means the deposit may be larger or expanding with depth.
Ecr are hitting very narrow intersections but they can plan future drill holes around these hits, using similar trajectory above and below and you may see and mineralisation become more broader.
I actually topped up yesterday. For risk reward I feel there’s a lot of value to potentially be had. Preferably we find shallower Gold at HR3. Some of the initial hits were 300m below surface. When you fund a campaign for let’s say 2,000m, it puts additional pressure on you hitting further mineralisation following up on those initial hits
That’s why I prefer Creswick with stronger mineralisation falling within 100m of surface. More holes, more bang for your buck and you can drill 3-4 holes for what it may take to drill 1 At Bailleston. And at this point in exploration, the company will need to be mindful of that fact, which I’m sure they are.
