Jason mentions share consideration, so whether a chunk of shares are issued to the companies holding these assets, who knows. Target 1 has a Resource of 1Mozs. If your working at a discovery cost per Oz of $3-$7, does this give an indication of the acquisition costs
Either way, we’ll find out soon and he seems to believe they’re on extremely advantageous terms. Something we need to keep in mind for the long term success of this company.
Even with Kilimapesa running at a profit, it would take years, to go and drill out 2Moz of resource, with fundraising along the way probably looking likely. The company aim to hit these levels without sticking a drill into the ground in Tanzania saving countless costs, and many years driving these projects up to a feasibility level.
If the company pull this off and within 12 months are sat on a regional Resource base of over 2Moz, that seriously takes Caracal to the next level. 2 or more producing Gold pouring operations, and when you consider a current market cap of £18m, to me there is plenty of upside.
