Fair enough but as CEO of the company, i believe he has an obligation to maintain sufficient communication with shareholders, the shareholders who help fund this company. I maintain this logic with every company I invest into

That said, I'm here for the Gold. Anza isn't your bog standard AIM listed project, and Newmont and Agnico are not your average partners. 10p is a blessing for me and once drilling ramps up elsewhere and further discoveries are made, you'll have been glad to average all the way down, like i am here - Just my opinion

Be interesting to see what substance this Tin JV brings. If it rewards shareholders then I'm for it, I just hope the company pick up another Gold asset, the margins once in production are insane. I do believe OMI can turn it around

Reported. Guys a waster. Mentally worrying someone who spends so much of their spare time getting kicks from this level of disruption.

For the Simba project, it’s milestones. So hopefully far less dilution. Jason mentions on that last stockbox interview 2 of the milestones are increasing the resource to 750,000 oz (more than double) and taking this to a feasibility stage

So instead of issuing them all at £0.013p now, it could be in 12-18 months of 2/3/4p which will really limit diluting the share price. Great piece of business and all parties involved look happy to be a part of the caracal journey from here.

I’ve invested in junior companies with a higher market cap. With no operating Gold mine and no resources. The package being laid together here is in a league of its own in the junior sector. Long May it continue.

The way these projects have been funded, is a master stroke, IMO. Smaller payments upfront and especially with Simba, shares released on a milestone consideration.

Which by that stage you’d have expected to see significant growth in the company. Very clever and the start of something brilliant

I think they may be waiting for 6713 to get a grant date before announcing anything. Then they have 3 connecting licenses covering a large area which the dms runs through. They could also be waiting on the Ballarat license to be announced.

Whichever the reason, it’s very positive and hopefully we see more of the same very soon

Below the existing EL006184, we have 2 accepted licenses. So in total we’d have 3 licenses all connected. The main licenses has been granted for years and has had numerous holes drilled on it, including this year. The next step was to get the 2 connecting licenses accepted. Both have been accepted

The next stage was to get a “first grant date” on both, I believe work can begin once the grant date has been published.
EL006907 has a grant date but EL006713 hasn’t got a granted date yet, but can’t see it being too long

The big one I think is the Ballarat license which is EL007537? Or something like that. That’s a few I’m beneath the other 3. No movement on this yet

But with our second Creswick license getting a first grant date and RRR/pow jv receiving a license today in the same area, the backlog at the department looks to be clearing and we should finally start seeing more movement regarding the licenses and applications.

Smal steps but a good start which means ECR can carry out exploration now on 2 tenements instead of 1. 2 down, 2 to go

Sorry if this has been mentioned, or I've beaten the company to an RNS but this license was issued its "first grant date" at the back end of November which means exploration can begin immediately. A crucial step and just north of the Ballarat license with the DMS running through it. FINALLY

The reception isn't the best with a strong russling noise but a great update from Jason. Talks about advancing the Tanzanian assets and getting them to a stage ready for development and production. In discussion with some London Institutions about this for when the time comes to build a mine and bring Nyakafuru to fruition

Something will click and this will fly off, and i don't believe it will take an RNS to do it

Couldn't have asked for a more driven board to take us on this journey. The incentive they have to really grow this company is second to none

Nyakafuru Reefs 400,000 oz, 3.56g/t Grade should return very well once mined

Going to look at the presentation on my lunch JC but an open pit operation looks nailed on with opportunities for underground development too. The next steps are really bringing those development studies to life and seeing how the company approach creating the infrastructure to take it forward. Something I’m sure they’ll already be working on.
