RE: Churn , that is all it is10 Jul 2021 08:19
It's all about adjustment for me. Investing is just like life, as it passes you by, you need adjust accordingly and move with the times. The reason why you invested 12 months ago may not be as strong as it is now so spread your bets. There was an order of drilling but with issues surrounding Blue moon(Which i would like to hear more on), it's either "Wait until its ready to be explored again, leaving with just creswick" OR "concentrate on other prospects within that license" which is what they've done and that's more than fine with me
With a $A300,000 per month current cash burn, this is where my slight reservations come in for HR3. 8 holes drilled to date (in 6-7 months) at HR3 targeting different reefs, Mauri & Byron. The results have been far from what I'd consider prospective or even encouraging, by the time we've drilled phase 2, we're not going to hear results until at least Q4. I'm not a geologist and that's what they're paid for. This structural drilling has been "successful" in identifying the anticline, the company now have the confidence to return there and search for the real tasty stuff now. There's no guarantee that this will prove much up but they feel they're onto something.
Before this money runs out in 2 years time, they really need to start showing progress in the SP before further dilution hits us and the SP is still floating around 2-3p
50 million shares released to the market at a price of £0.10 = £5m. To get the same amount of with a SP of £0.02 you would need to release 250million shares, see the difference? It's vitallt important we start to see progress as we move on
I'd have personally doubled down on Creswick and thrown everything at it to get it to a stage where set up for a strong JV. Rather than 10 holes in 2021, we could have had 20-30 and really brought the interest up. But I can't change that now, nobody can, I've edged my bets by moving money elsewhere but hanging quite a lot on these next Creswick results. It's not about "how many holes you stick into Creswick", the markets reaction will ultimately come down to, once those holes have been drilled, what are the intentions
Personally, I'm happy with CB at the helm. The share price is at levels it was last year, there's no argument against that but in terms of advancement of projects we're further ahead on both, with new Queensland licenses approved. We just need to start delivering the number which I'm positive Creswick will do, who knows, Cherry tree could throw out a couple of nuggets and surprise us all
