I would sell below my average purchase price (£1) now say 70p.

When the vaccines started appearing and being effective, I realized the latest clinical trial would be harder than previous ones because people were vaccinated in greater numbers and they had a better understanding how to treat people and thought to sell. But I got sucked in by the forum: de-risked, golden ticket, SNG Rocket, it was a cult like echo chamber.

A T/O is the best way out now. I hope Polygon can put pressure on the BoD.

We shouldn't have to be guessing there should be a clear plan at this stage. The lack of communication by the company since The RNS is unsatisfactory. This is stressful.

(1) We haven't been thrown out of Activ-2, and
(2) The lead investigators of Synairgen and the NIH are trying to find the best trial for Synairgen, and
(3) They are also rewriting the protocol?

I suspect the government and scientific community are aware of the potential of interferons, e.g. variant agnostic, easy route of administration, can prevent progression to severe covid, etc. The scientific evidence supporting interferons continues to grow stronger.

The key is to prove it in a phase 3 clinical trial.

Does anyone want to wait that long or have a reasonable offer in a T/O?

Synairgen lacks the experience and most importantly political influence to bring this to market.

They will be crushed by Big Pharma as competitors.

£1 to break even - is that achieveable?

I hope there has been a change of attitude by RM and the company.

What would need to be done to change the situation?

Informal approaches to Big pharma to buy the IP backed by good new data and inclusion on a trial?

If they want to return to being a small research company after a HUGE rights issue, RM and the BoD have to go.

They are not being paid the salaries of a small research company.

They need to tell us clearly what the PLAN is going forward.

BIG QUESTION: What will POLYGON do? They want to protect their investment that is obvious.
