Perhaps there is only so much the BoD can do without the Activ-2 and Long Covid data.

The ATS presentation of the DD data was good. (The DD data was good and the Activ-2 data will probably be good.)

The mood music from the WH, WHO, NIH, and Gates Foundation about the need for inhaled interferons is good.

I wasn't expecting much else from this update.

So, we need:

1. Good Activ-2 data. This is being released soon.

2. Inclusion on a clinical trial. This is under discussion and the NIH is rewriting our protocol.

Only inclusion on a clinical trial, a TO, JV, or EUA will shift the share price to a new trading range.

Activ-2 data must have been discussed informally. So, why not release it? Could it be because it's not that good and they let it through to P3?

Yes, excellent points, if a TO is on the cards they will want to buy when there is sufficient data to ensure it works but not so much data that the price rises too sharply.

So, after the release of Activ-2 data, and, if the data is good, before inclusion on another clinical trial?

Yes, they don't want to let go of what they've worked on for many years.

However, Poly are now the kingmakers.

They won't want to hold onto this for too long. SOC continues to improve and Eiger, etc.

Comms in Synairgen must be improved to reflect and highlight good data.

The industry elite will be waiting on Activ-2, Long Covid and inclusion on at least one clinical trial. They will know the potential and opportunities SNG presents. The interest of the WH, WHO, and Gates Foundation in inhaled interferons is also a promising backdrop to good data.

Whether RM was upbeat or not is no longer relevant to me. I will work on facts, Weds is important to find out whether there have been any fruitful "discussions".

We are now waiting for an update on the 25th, the AGM, Activ-2 data, Long Covid data, inclusion in clinical trials.

Then, JV or TO.

This has become a stressful share to hold.

I've averaged down to get out at ~£1. I won't be investing anymore. If I want more, I'll trade on a big Monday style sp spike.

The market wants hard evidence that the company intends to commercialise the product and how it plans to do this.

The market has lost trust after The RNS.

What is needed:

1. Good plan ahead in AGM. (I suspect the market has lost confidence in the BoD but not the product.)
2. Good Activ-2 P2 data.
3. Good Long Covid data.
4. Inclusion on a state funded clinical trial .e.g. platform, Activ-2 P3.

I suspect every time there is good news it will rise sharply like Monday then fall back as new investors sell into the rise.

Only a real prospect of commercialisation will raise this share significantly.

What level of efficacy would be required for this to happen?

SOC hasn’t changed; we will however be targeting a specific group of hospitalised patients that have already shown statistical benefit from SNG001.

Time will tell, but until then I remain very cautious.

Private investors need to be at the AGM.

"...was inconclusive due to the poorly execution of that trial." In hindsight, that was a big signal about the ability to run a clinical trial effectively at this level. The product works and can save lives. It needs to be in the hands of a larger company to get it to market.

Surely, the BoD know this?

Surely, they wouldn't allow that to happen by going to a leading industry event, advertising the fact, then not saying anything substantive?

Are they that dull and arrogant? It would be catastrophic.

However, if they do that, POLY needs to remove some of the BoD immediately.

Because a fail on that level is unacceptable (and catastrophic) in these circumstances and they would have proven themselves profoundly lacking in professional judgement.

The volume traded in the US is small compared to the UK; so, it can cause large fluctuations in share price?

I hope they are simply keeping their powder dry.
