These look like sockpuppet accounts.

A lot of the posts suggest the author has mental health issues.

The first half of the trial would probably have good data because they passed the interim analysis.

Why was that allowed?

Trial? Well there was something about Long Covid going on.

I think I read a trial on Long Covid was still ongoing.

So, we can look forward to a relative reduction of at least 40% in the proportion of participants with either moderate or severe symptoms in the Activ-2 P2 data!

What about statistical significance? Would it have to have passed a test of statistical significance to have been accepted?

However, it *is* possible that sub-group analysis will reveal positive data.

Long Covid data (which is still being collected) would also be a game changer.

Activ-2 P2 data is probably where the best data will be.

A T/O is the best way to extricate from this share. £1 to break even.

SNG is a good product that can save lives.
The clinical trial was fubar not the drug.
SNG will come to market to save peoples lives but it won't be under RM or Synairgen.
They don't have the political clout or expertise to bring it to market. I think Doc has called it.

Perhaps in some sub-groups statistical significance can be shown as Beforegolfs post suggested.

I think Activ-2 P2 data and Long Covid data have a better chance of producing gems than Sprinter 3.

If any of them do produce gems, then the chances of a new trial (we know the lead investigators at NIH are trying to get a new and appropriate trial and are even writing a more appropriate protocol) and a T/O increase significantly.

Polygon have increased their holdings above 25% for a reason.

Again, temper expectations.

I'm in this for 18-24 months.

As an aside, a T/O is the best option in the short term to extricate ourselves from this share.

Polygon not only staying but increasing their holdings over 25% is reassuring.

They know what they want.

Why would this happen?

Would they be dull enough to go to a major conference and present negative findings?

It is a long wait.

I hope Polygon keep Synairgen on point and direct them towards commercialisation rather than more research and trials.

Synairgen don't have the clout or expertise to bring this to market by themselves. Polygon must know this.

If there are gems in the SPRINTER 3 deep dive, then the sp will rise.
Also, they are in they will be presenting the data in exactly the right place to bring it to the attention of industry insiders.
