A Tight Market can mean a lot of things, most of which don't apply here. For me it's a better time to invest (if you were already thinking of investing anyway) with a narrow spread, allowing stops to be realistically set. The opposite also applies imo. I would never invest with a 25/35% spread, that is unless I was pretty comfortable that the stock in question would move/was moving in the desired direction...

The price constantly fluctuates within the parameters of the offer and bid. The L2 figure is rarely the actual figure, but we know mms will do all sorts of things to make the market look different to the reality e.g. Selling under Ask an paying more than the Bid etc etc, BUT the truth is we will never actually know for sure unless someone claims it as their trade.

Tuesday January 8 2019. Tanzanian President John Magufuli Tuesday appointed a new Minister for Minerals Mr Dotto Biteko, promoting him from a deputy position in the ministry.

Dotto Biteko, whose appointment was announced by presidential official John Kijazi on state television, is the third mining minister President John Magufuli has appointed since he was elected in 2015.

Biteko comes from Magufuli’s home region and has been deputy mining minister since January 2018. He previously lead a parliamentary investigation that concluded there was widespread tax evasion and smuggling in the gemstone business, allegations that companies working in the sector have denied.

The Coal Mine is working, and we have been told expanding. There is much that we are
still in the dark about, but at some point (hopefully soon) the company will have to update
the market.

I've been saying similar for the last few years (re that's it, full loaded), but have kept adding
as the price dropped and even on the rise. If you fancy a share it's very difficult to stop (for
me anyway). 30k more of shares will round me up nicely.
