I looked at the Cadastre before my post, and none of the three I looked at were showing as recommended?

There are only 3 SML Applications on the Cadastre. I assume Mbeya SML/00600/2016 is ours.

You say that you don't understand why so many are obsessing about the repayment! I think 'So Many' is a slight exaggeration.

Anything is possible! Synohydro could lose it's partner, Edenville could even lose their coal mine, but the TGov wouldn't lose anything, in fact in that scenario the TGov would gain a Coal mine that Edenville have put close to ten years and $10 million into for free.

Always a good idea to wait for the actual facts imo
