I noticed that UJO has recently been taken on by SP Angel, and know you have been invested there for some years. I imagine UJO joining SPA was a bit different to EDL as EDL's change is due to the merger. Is it too early to have an opinion on SPA?

Should we win the Tender it will be the BIGGEST news in the history of Edenville, and THE major step toward achieving the RCPP.

This company was formed with the intention of building a Coal to Power Project. Nothing else that we are aware of even comes close to the importance of the Tender. Nothing but nothing will happen with regards to the RCPP without a successful Tender. With a successful Tender the dynamics will change, and imo it would be a mistake to underestimate future potential because of the situation we currently find ourselves in.

For balance if we fail to win the Tender someone will NEED our MINE and our 173mt of COAL to Build the Sumbawanga Sub Station.

I think it's reseasonable to assume, at least for those that invested years ago, that they invested in the Edenville CPP (RCPP) not a Coal Mine...

As previously stated and as it turns out, it was a shrewd move by Edenville to progress with the Coal Mine, but for me (personally) as an Investor)) there is NO future here SOLEY as a Tanzanian Coal Miner. Every bit of serious worth in this company currently revolves around the Tender win or lose.

There is clearly considerably more involved in the change of Nomad, even though in essence they are the same company. I doubt many would have assumed SP Anglel would have needed to visit our site, but in retrospect an obvious requirement as part of the due diligence by a professional Nomad.

Northland had no problem being our Broker

Lind have no problem lending us large amounts of money

bE Yes I agree, and think that sentiment is shared by all experienced investors. There is much to be critical about, but pointless being so for the sake of it. Supposition is also pointless imo, and facts are what is needed for balance. Sadly we don't have too many new facts currently, but I am hopeful they will come. The SP aside it's easy to forget the company is in the most advanced position in it's history with revenue and a potentially colossal result from the Tender, and with some apparently good changes to the mining sector announced in the last few days.

I've spoken to Rufus and my Broker, and my old much larger Broker.

We are already with Northland and are in the process of getting taken on by SP Angel. As per the RNS the process is moving forward without issue. I am reliably informed that the timing for various components is very much dependent on the Nomad. I like Pi and GreenWolf don't have an issue with the Nomad situation, and am hopeful it will be completed shortly.

You wouldn't expect anything else from this market, and some are understandably worried. What we know is that MDZ confirmed their new Broker as SP Angel yesterday, so hopefully a RNS soon from Edenville confirming the same and putting the uncertainty bed.
