Regarding the AGM. Some years back I was going to attend and went through the motions of finding the cost of flights and hotels cabs etc, and imho the Kibo AGM is held there to prevent Investors not to encourage them. Because of the AGM's early hour you'd have to stay overnight, and the cost back then circa 2014/15 was totally out of proportion to any benefit that you might have been gained by attending.
