As Wimbledon touched on earlier re LC. I have met LC on numerous occasions and have spoken to him privately in some depth. As much as I might like the guy, talking to him is not knowing him, and it shouldn't be the case that bod members have carte blanche to do whatever they want without accountability or recourse.

We may well rattle the bod, but as SGB alluded to defeating the resolutions won't be easy, or imho very unlikely. I doubt we have the clout ...

Not many I'd guess at this stage, but how long do you take a shafting for? It only takes 10% of shares to call an EGM..

Calling an EGM as requested by shareholders owning at least 10 percent of the Company's voting shares shall be carried out by the Company's Board of Directors. The Board of Directors shall either call or refuse to call the EGM within 5 days from the date that the corresponding request was lodged.

Seem pi's on the Kibo bb have rattled the bod and are hopefully on track to defeating the bods arrogant lifestyle proposals in the upcoming EGM. If they (we) manage to defeat the Kibo bod the AGM will result in a culling of dead wood !!

Never noticed before that Kat's MCap is currently £2m more than Kibo's ....

The 12th of July 2019 is the day that the LSAI SP started to decline. Sadly pi's and small shareholders become a burden to many AIM company's once they have a foothold. I'm not a revolutionary, but looking at what is going on over at Kibo Energy (shareholders potentially defeating a big bod lifestyle vote) it begs the question do you let this bod get away with shafting shareholders without consequence , or do you do something about it before it's too late ??
