The gist of the JV update will be something like

“We’re bound by confidentiality in terms of the negotiations but rest assured there are several interested parties and talks are progressing well.

What it really means - there’s no firm interest because people want to see what the field can actually produce in commercial reality as opposed to someone’s Geology coursework.
