Obviously the price has fallen because of the �300 million bond, but I have no idea why. I can only assume that there were huge costs in issuing the bond, what with 4 major banks and Rothschild involved.
NRR's CFO is delighted, presumably because he sold a lot of his holding before this bond became a reality, at 359p. Hopefully the board will clarify the situation, otherwise I will assume that shareholders are being taken for fools It's looking like the company is being used to drip feed the board with options, let them accumulate and sell, and then raise more money by whatever means they can.
I don't suppose they bother reading LSE though.
