Investor Relations have confirmed the date of the AGM is still to be announced.

Originally the 22nd was to be the AGM, but this has been delayed.

They have until June, to pass the AGM Resolutions.

It’s been April for Donkey years now, so I wonder what could be the hold up?

I guess there’s something that needs passing through at the meeting, which requires shareholder approval.

Now wouldn’t an offer for the company, constitute, to Shareholder approval.

Syria rations fuel after canal closure

Syria has begun rationing the distribution of fuel amid concerns that shipments could be delayed because of the blockage of the Suez Canal.

Even before the Ever Given ran aground, Syria had been suffering from fuel shortages mostly caused by Western sanctions.

The oil ministry said that fuel is being rationed to allow basic services in Syria to continue. These include bakeries, hospitals, water services and telecommunications centres.
