I would be very surprised if the share is not suspended first. My opinion is the court case went in favour of CLP and based on that FG and the BOD are moving on to the next stage, there are various options to move forward and this is the delay as I have no doubt FG is not giving an inch on negotiations, no news is good news albeit it will arrive sooner rather than later, patience guys.

We need to allow FG to formulate an appropriate RNS, no news is good news with last week's court case Just remember there are other legal proceedings outstanding and business activities. I have no doubt in my mind FG has is eye on the SP and unlikely wanting it to rise sharply when there is so much still outstanding. My advice is not to sell as this SP will increase beyond its current price. Don't really understand folk selling, it may be the BB Trades are false, just be patient and take up another hobby to take your mind off the SP.

My view is a placing for extra funds but this will be on the backend of an agreed deal, which we will not find out about immediately, after which yes I can see this share move on nicely, this BoD is shrewd and have the support from Wray and Ackers

Two of the doctors from Hvivo will be making 2 further presentation at the University of Lausanne (Switzerland), hope the SP does not drop again like it has today. The first presentation on the 16th by Dr Lambkin-Williams titled "Universal influenza vaccines :What's missing" The second presentation on the 17th by Dr Gilbert titled "Evaluating novel influenza vaccines: The past and lessons for the future: What is an effective vaccine?". I guess what is presented at each presentatiob and how they answer questions in the plenary sessions will have an effect on the SP perhaps an increase this time, good guys

Strange, could be deliberate by the MMS so any increase from good news delivered at the presentation keeps the SP down....anyone around who throw light on the reduction?

There is a post in the Reg. News about share options with the share issue increased, can't see why this would affect the share price, certainly not to this degree, worth a top up at this price unless there is an awful news leak pending and today's Reg news is smoke screen

Only released an RNS on the 26th March, nothing negative, can't understand the dramatic drop, I wonder if a major shareholder has dumped but nothing showing

CLP have released news the last 2 Fridays, I wonder what the odds are for another Friday news release?

A long term accumulation and Hold, it should happen but who knows when, I will keep adding what I'm prepared to forget about and set an alert, if they get the licence it will rise and then rocket when they hit oil.......could be a wait though, who knows as they never release an RNS

Like I have said a few times, this is a Hold for me, SP way too low for the company's valuation and consolidation will have no major effect IMO. Someone stated that all they do is spend our money, all I see them doing is investing.

Chris Akers has increased his share holding by 8 million shares taking his total to 24 million shares, and close to 6% of the company, must feel they are worth the support?

I feel the way forward in the long term is consolidation and a further share issue. I feel they have done a reasonable job with what little they have. Nothing yet to tempt me to sell and like I've said all those who are commenting on this board are in the minority. We shall see before the end on 2018 how right or wrong I am

Just a quick reality check on this one guys in my calculations approximately 75% on the stock is owned by a small number of individuals / investment companies. So it's the 25% of us that are moaning at the moment, I would worry if it was the other way, another reason why the MMS want our shares because they can do very little unless you sell in panic, anyone share that view. Supply and Demand, don't sell and give them nothing at this stage and this share will be true to the fundamentals imo.

The MMS can kiss my fat ass, I'm not selling until I'm ready and it's clear there's nothing to work with, we're a long way from that

Don't ignore your gut feeling. Mine is telling me to hold, I may be deluded but I think there is something exciting a head and the current fundamentals are not bad. Most companies who have an SP of a fraction of 1p are not desirable to the serious investor. It is a gamble but I like the BOD and Nigel Wray is no fool and he remains heavily invested and our BOD are Directors at Magic keeping a close eye on the investment and timing, with a increase in funds they may even purchase Magic? He who dares ?
