Thanks Sam, its good to share....still is meaningless without substance and shareholders need to know how things are progressing. I'm sure those with the Macau licences will be better placed to exploit this new potential. I hope it comes off but RP doesn't help himself really, a poorly timed RNS in my opinion.

In Macau gambling is legal but mainland China is illegal, unless things have changed recently and I missed it, that's possible I guess.

Just a thought, I thought gambling in any form, including on-line was still illegal in China or have I missed something else, the Chinese love gamble but perhaps not in China.

Pass...….you tell me, I don't think this has ever been firmly stated. The gambling and sports licenses would still require a company wanting to invest in China, they would not require a licence through a 3rd Party just an association with a Chinese company, this what William Hill did in the USA, they didn't get a gambling / sports licence as far as I'm aware. I'm not saying I know everything on this matter but PCGE have not made it crystal clear how the licences will be used and how they are valuable. I'm not doubting your knowledge CW but come one how can RP justify stating the licences are valuable when companies are not falling over themselves to get in on the China market.

Ok but the industry in China is a mess with companies losing millions, even if this does come good it won't be anytime soon and in the meantime RP and co will want something to keep them going. So who is 'Our Company run by Mr Sun , I must have missed this one....I bet I don't get an answer?

What deal, if it's relating to a deal in China then I can't see how, no foreign company would be bothered, even Chinese gaming companies are loosing millions with the changes

I'm struggling to justify the existence of this company. It has no assets, it makes no income and for at least the last 2 years the money on account is used to pay salary and expenses. I see a lot of what RP does is smoke and mirrors. I asked a question some months ago again yesterday about the Gaming Licences we have for the Chinese market, I part know the answer but want clarification. There is an article published in September 2018 about the Gaming Licences and Gaming Industry in China, it does not look good, it's complex to the point where they recommend those foreign companies wanting to break into the Gaming Market go through a home based Chinese company so the use of the Gaming Licences are worth nothing, the fact China are not issuing Gaming Licences does not making PCGEs Licences valuable as RP likes to make believe. The share holders with major shareholdings are aware of these facts but are well in so hoping for s miracle, I'm all sold up at a loss but this will only go down and possible delisting. I'm happy to be shot down but I can't wait to hear a rationale to stay in. All the best to those brave enough to stay, I'll try and find the article and create a link.

Good question...the SP did spike at the presumption all the outstanding or the vast majority of the bond holders would convert but that didn't happen, the reason behind this is yet to be determined, some derampers have strongly criticised which is understandable. The bottom line is the debt is reduced, the worth of the company is the burning question most would like to know, to be honest this is complex to explain and is in some terms subjective and I would be shot to pieces by a good many on this BB if I gave my view. You really do need to research all the Reg.News and Share news for the past 12 month that will give some insight. The main outstanding results we are waiting for is Mediapolis, the possible bond holders converting and Ondaland valuation, there is additional value but the CEO plays is cards close to his chest, he is quality despite some getting frustrated, these are usually not LTH. The current SP is good value for a buy but you must hold to get the true value, only my opinion, I class myself as no expert so please research before you invest.

In short, on this occasion CLP are removing a debt at a much reduced cost to the company.....it would seem on the face of it dilution but not the case , I'm sure someone else will comeback with a more comprehensive answer.....RKB is always one on the sensible posters, there are others to respect as well.

Hi Mike, can you answer a question for me? Are China issuing new Gaming Licences? If not then I can see value, an example of this is when William Hill managed to break into the USA earlier this year. If China are issuing licences then how much do thet cost as that in my mind is the real value. The amount PCGE can charge for the licence could be lucrative as I would imagine there are a number of Bookmakers who , rightly so, would see the China market as huge as they do live their gambling

this still has potential, the contents of the recent RNS were no surprise and I still feel positive news by Christmas was ambitious.,...the AGM will be interesting, I have sold and I will hang on to what I have.

I know Miner One is potentially not worth much to CLP but we did invest a decent amount of money so to see some income on the capital employed would be great , its been 3 months since the update so what have we secured for our share of mining? When up and running I'm sure blockchain will be firmly on his mind, FG is an IT expert at the end of the day, this share is proving popular today, some are worried they will miss the boat, good luck LTH

RKB Most LTH are aware of this, still fantastic outcome, money in the bank to fund Mediapolis court action if we continue to pursue the case. As a share holder I'm happy with this week and support the BOD 100%

Just goes to show what we have in FG, it always easy to be critical when things are not going well.

This was a pure stroke of brilliance on his part and he is not being really credited but when Mediapolis when in the direction we did not want he gets slaughtered.

How may months did it take him to resolve the Fortune Cookie case.....in the great scheme of things I was look at the middle of next year.

Who knows how Mediapolis is going to go, after today who can say. Personally I do not want to pursue the case if its going to cost anymore money and there is a chance of losing. From a legal perspective the argument is a point of law and in respect of EU Law relating to dissolving assets for a company being liquidated, I struggle to understand the courts not wanting to maximise the sale of assets. I'm assuming the delay in the Italian legal team providing advice/guidance is around the probability of success of the legal argument.

The allocation of the sale of Mediapolis and the pending sale of the Villas will still eclipse what has been repaid by Fortune Cookie, it would be nice to have feedback on Ondaland.

I agree this is an interesting and from time to time frustrating share, I continue to hold as I do not feel the value of this company has been maximised.
