Most of the stock is owned by a few individuals so those of us with a small/modest holding have a choice, this share is a long term commitment but anything could happen, there are a few who keep posting negative views without substance, we shall see as the year goes on.

This is one of those shares, buy what you can afford to leave alone for a few years to really really benefit. It will spike over the next 12 months but unlikely to stay this cheap for long DYOR

He was clear the valuation was 9.9p per share, this is conservative, I still remain hopeful of the statement due for release by Magic on the 6th June, I'm expecting Yolo to also release a statement about Magics flotation on AIM which will further increase Yolo MCAP, only guessing but it is overdue.

Is he still Vice Chair of UNICEF UK? If so can't imagine he would appreciate this court action so if there is s case to answer, I believe there Is, he will settle out of court.

I'm expecting some negative comments about the RNS mainly from those who sold up pre the share reorganisation, it will be interesting to see what the 6th June brings with MMW statement as if it is regarding the IPO then Yolo will be worth more

It may be the statement due for release on the 6th June is confirming the IPO and not a financial statement as the plans from last year was for the IPO at the start of 2018, only 4 weeks to wait and I'm sure Yolo will release an RNS on the morning on of the 6th June confirming the intention of an IPO for magic or if they have gone bust, I think the later personally.

Yolo have a legal charge so if Magic were to go bust, not sure they will be, then Yolo will be the first in line to recoup their investment as they have a legal charge. Yes Magic are due to release a financial statement on the 6th June but that is a standard release via Companies House. Yolo's investment in Magic is not the only concern despite the hope of an IPO which if happened would be lucrative

FG has made it clear previously the Italian legal system is slow but efficient/effective, this latest RNS came as no surprise, still happy I didn't sell despite being up 70% on CLP. This is a slow burner , invest, leave an alert and he get on with your life, it will come good 100% certain, selling not an option in my opinion

Personally I think your under playing it, I understand why but this could be much more , without the RNS who knows. You can't deny it's becoming a little exciting though.

This feels like the calm before the storm, not sure when it will come but it's coming, unfortunately we can't really predict when FG will release an RNS , I'm sure there's a damn good business/strategic/legal reason why there is no news following the last court hearing....bad news would have been released within a few days , patience is a virtue
