I have no doubt the BoD are happy for the SP to continue to slip so it looks a good deal for the allocation of shares at 12p but realistically when the truth comes out the SP will rocket and the majority share holder will have a windfall. As most of us are in the red it seems pointless selling until things pan out, if ever. There is still more news pending but will it be sufficient to lift this company to where it needs to be so share holders benefit.

There has always been mystery surrounding FG's relationship with Eufingest, where is the benefit to them. Even if they took over ownership of CLP what would they have, CLP own very little on paper, except for what they hope to recover.

I agree with all the comments, I'm never sure if the errors are deliberate or if the RNS are not proof read or too many people have an input and Clive does not understand the technical information he is given.

I do have faith, I think most of us do, but they do very little to reassure nervous investor, who in the main are investing hard earned cash into the company and want to see something continuously positive in return.

I do agree the timing is a strange one but I'm not sure if we have the full picture, unlikely we will until (hopefully) the SP reflects the potential the company has.

Nothing wrong with your opinion, at the current SP there is an excellent opportunity to grab a bargain if your not already in, a substantial number were purchased at over 10p.

My opinion is the dilution is for a purchase of 'potentially' useful kit, I didn't see anyone complaining when they purchased the rigs!!

I'm not selling until the fat man sings, patience is needed I remember when the SP was around 6.5p and there was no posting on the board, no activity in share purchase / selling, it then gathered pace, this is a minor set back of negative sentiment around the issuing of shares and essential dilution rather than using essential reserves.

You have to speculate to accumulate and this is what Caspian are doing, I don't see anything underhanded.

Don't forget historically news has been stagnant but over the past 6 months it has improved. I really can't understand why anyone would sell, this will be easily double the current SP before the end of 2020.

There will be a business update but who knows when, you can't rule out an update tomorrow but perhaps more likely next week.

Unlikely any form of takeover as the company is worth more than the current share value but it will give FG more of an argument to deal with the bondholders to further reduce the debt. Millions due in from pending legal action that is likely to settle out of court, plus much more. The losses are paper based, unless you sell of course that you have lost money, keep the faith and wait for the steady flow of RNSs, this will increase, hard to believe its this low but definitely the SP to buy in at.

Good afternoon Spary, not sure of the rationale for selling based on the interview with FG, they must have money to burn as the sells must incur a loss I would have thought, I think patience is the name of the game, especially with CLP

Good morning KnigelK , yes I agree with your post. I have my own Limited Company and have been working on something since April, things have been up and down and it's not difficult or complicated but I am forced to jump through and over so many hurdles so I appreciate how long it is taking FG/CLP to move forward. I anticipate my progress will be achieved in November, my business runs at a profit which more than most on AIM. I stand by my investment in CLP but unable to buy more personally or through the business at this stage until next year realistically. GLALTH

with some posters, there is always the filter....I filtered Ltd months ago and a few more. I am never swayed by posters but find it interesting to gather opinions even if they are misleading, if they continue to be attempting to sway with lack of evidence they get filtered, I do not have the time for buxx****

that's investing for you on AIM. I still remain optimistic and I think we will have a good run from September with share value increasing. Read back on the RNSs FG does expect more news report in the second half of 2019.

More news within the next few working days, its been 2 weeks since the last RNS and working out the days it will take for some of the work I had 3 weeks no later than 4 weeks , we shall see, don't moan at the drop in SP keep topping up as this share will rally, not sure when but it will. Anyone in business knows you cannot get things your own way and there is a certain degree of patience required.
