It has been reported the Kazakh Government have sufficient oil reserves for their own use to cover the next 274 years and still billions of oil recoverable. Casp are in the right place it's just getting to it.

Uncertain.....thank you for the analysis. As most LTH believe the current SP reflects the sentiment but not the potential. I want to top up but want to wait just in case, probably the wrong thing to do as I'm hopeful of the pending appeal will be beneficial to CASP which means the SP will jump to or above 3.5p

If the appeal if favourable then it will help the SP. It maybe possible for the Kazakh Government to give a break in payments, who knows, if so it will save the company money. I agree that the Kazakh Government may take a dim view of the company's ability to maximise the flow in the wells. Trading any share is definitely high risk, I don't have the bottle for it.
