Yes, but the other experts will have done their reports too. If they are in the same ball-park then the judge will make the award, simple. The Italian Courts are unforgiving and I am sure a criminal conviction is possible dependant on a number of factors. Punter I don't think you have the knowledge that others do on the BB and certainly not on the Italian Legal system.

As someone who has been involved with this share for 3/4 years I am very surprised at those selling, now.

This share is worth at least 3p - 5p purely on the pending court case where CLP will be awarded a payout, there are various opinions on the amount but there will be a payout that is 100% certainly, somewhere between 6m - 20m in my opinion, depends on the evidence and whether the judge will make an example, don't forget the Italian Courts have a draconian way of dealing with corruption.

Now then, I was not in agreement to BTC being a commercial entity for Miner One / CLP but that was until the additional placing and investment by Mr Story, there are plenty of newbies invested who are aware of the potential of BTC.

I had sold out but bought back in not long after the new placing.

So with the pending court case and the commercial mining of BTC ( news pending I reckon on progress) why sell now.

Each to their own but RKB has called it well over the years, listen to his perspective but come to your own conclusions with research.

Anything is possible. I personally think he has more experience of getting oil out of the ground. In one of the interviews he did a while ago when working for Dana he explained how difficult it is flowing wells in Kazakhstan but he managed it. It's a good move by the BoD but only time will tell what the real motivation is. He's been around in Kazakhstan for a while, what contacts does he bring with him ??

there will be an out of court settlement, why? The award is already bolted on its just the amount the judge wants a understanding of. There will be 3 reports and the rationale/calculations will be what the judge needs to unpick. With the anti-corruption laws in Italy the former Directors and Auditors could also face criminal charges dependant on the outcome of the courts own appointed expert.

Rocketeer, as a long term holder I would be thrilled to have the SP at 30p but can you explain your rationale behind your statement? A lot would need to go well for that price.

In the short term 6p is being branded about but in my opinion difficult to call.
