I’ve herd 3 experts on tv this morning calling for widespread testing across the UK apparently this is the way they model epidemics and control them.

We are one of the only countries not doing this, it’s a big gamble.

I think your talking rubbish. When a patient arrives in hospital they are treated has if contagious until confirm they are not in this situation.

I keep hearing this share dead due to NSH not doing much testing.

The NSH will still do millions of tests over the next few months, but the bigger point is we are one of the few countries not to look at testing at this phase and NCYT is not even selling to our NSH anyway.

The rest of the world is a big place and I'm guessing most countries will be doing a lot of testing over the next 12 months.

S Korea is the success story shame we don't follow.

Lung damage is massive it creates holes and scaring inside lungs, but this is caused by your immune system going into overdrive.

Its similar to Spanish flu on the second phase in that your body becomes a little primed then the second wave your immune system works against you which is why you also get other organ failure this is normally after 5-7 days of being ill.

From my understanding,allot more community testing will kick off in the research phase so once this phase ends and we need to look at infection rates allot more closely.

The reason they stated tests will now be only done in hospitals, is because you will now only have 2 types of patients 1st type will show mild symptoms and just stay at home and the other type will turn up in hospital, however after hearing from some doctors allot of people in hospital will be routinely tested ongoing (imagine someone in a ward having in without knowing)

At the moment you have only been tested if you have come back from a hot spot or been in contact with someone from a hotspot so testing was very limited anyway.

My understanding is allot of people in the hospital system will now be tested allot and once we reach the next phase the testing will become widespread for most of the year.

That’s a good point, even if there was let’s say zero cases in 3 months time the testing in some views would need to be almost the same level to confirm it’s going or gone.

But if you think about it we are polar opposites, we cannot do well unless the world is in carnage unfortunately.

The countries which have low infection rate or zero is because no one is testing or diagnosing their health system is non existent.

Do you think the UK only really has 400+ cases ya right it’s more like thousands but people are not being tested in large numbers until now.

For me the RNS was very good and highly positive, last night I looked at testing in different countries and I could see it was remarkable low, this would normally be a big negative but the reason I was looking is all over the world news there were reports complaining about the lack of testing, which is why I was looking in the first place.

Once I saw this RNS this morning my take on it was wow in quite a smallish market there has been positive progress. Now just think where this will go now over the next few months now testing is on the agenda, it’s going to be massive.

Just count how many times you hear the word testing today and you will realise the change in mindset.

I think that today’s sells were from people who was expecting billions in sales and not realising we are just at the beginning. Then everyone followed I think once we get back to the 1.50 this will do well again and head north.

This time next month, sales figures will be in the hundreds of millions today is just stupid.

It’s crazy people are selling, can they not see how the volume in sales are going to be massive soon.

WHO said yesterday more testing to be done countries test rates are virtually non when you look at figures but this is getting ramped now everywhere.

I would think we have amazing sale figures to come in the coming weeks SP will be massive have no doubt.

It’s making sense now, the world have not done that much testing really only South Korea.

But it now seems the testing lid has been popped and millions of tests are now going to happen each day across the world.
