Exploration hasn't been their strategy for a long time, so how likely are they to change now, particularly in a jurisdiction which is seemingly incapable of deciding if it's mining friendly or not?

Eloro, the SR proved their was no interest in the asset at levels which were acceptable whilst the project was at such an early stage and with so many unkowns. The new team understood this and are pursuing a strategy of moving Cascabel up the value chain by removing the doubts and providing a clear path to production.

It's going to take time, but in my opinion the idea of us owning the asset as the first ore appears is for the birds. To me, the strategy is perfectly clear.

In our case it's difficult to come up with an accurate number, but I reckoned the figure to be circa $6m p.a for the entire portfolio, but this may well be wrong.

This is a delicate balancing act for us. Do we issue a law suit and risk disrupting our good relationship with the government, or do we sit back and see how things turn out for this case?

Stas, it is, or rather something similar has been said at every presentation I can think of. It's not as if they've been hiding our light under a bushel.
