DBW, not once have any of his price or fund raising predictions been accurate.

Rich, no, it was reported in this morning's Telegraph.

A start-up in Silicon Valley have cracked the mystery of alchemy by using nuclear fusion.

They claim to have discovered a method of converting mercury into gold. Apparently, a fusion power plant with a capacity of one gigawatt could generate 5000 kg of gold per year.

The only problem is that the gold remains radioactive for 18 years.

Anyway, gold mining is obviously finished.

RT, agreed. It is an important milestone, not just because we received the cash, but also as an indicator of just how different this team is compared to what has gone before. Hopefully this will calm a few nerves.

I'd predicted circa 10m in the bank at the end of June, whereas it was in fact 12m. Our cash burn for Q4 was 6m, which shows a far more careful approach to cash management, which was to be expected from two ex-bankers.

The balance now stands at 45m and our liquidity issues are dealt with for the time being.

It's also interesting to note the Execution Plan was not one of the CPs which were waived by FN.

As we know, one of the CPs which had to be satisfied prior to the release of Tranche 2 was the approval of the re-set plan by Franco. We also know that much of the plan relies upon the successful delivery of Tandy, which in turn relies upon good drilling results, which apparently will be available in circa 6 weeks.

Does this imply this is one of the CPs which were waived? Or does it suggest Franco have seen some preliminary results and are satisfied Tandy is viable? Or were they persuaded to take a flyer?
