Are you sure your on the right bb? Revenue grew 45%. EBIT grew 20% (forget what happened in 2013, it's ancient history) EPS growth was 26% with 20% forecast for 2017. Peel Hunt has a target price of £10. The forward p/e is about 22%. I'm not suggesting that this is the bargain of the century, but it's a fast growth company with big ambitions and, as Spikey has pointed out, it could well become a takeover target. Jim Slater (who first put me on to the share), is still a big fan and holder.

Yes, it's strange really. You'd have thought that folk would have picked this up by now. But, as you say, it's probably better that they haven't and that it's ii's who are making all the running. Long may it continue.

The brokers note is interesting. It raises the question of the premium to NAV, but in fact, we don't know what the NAV currently is. Their comments relate simply to the opening position and we know a great deal has changed since then.

Alex, not sure what his average is, but the purchases of the past few weeks were "well timed"..cough, cough! As I said earlier, I've no doubt he has given his conditional approval, which will take the yes vote to well over 50%, although I imagine 75% is required (I'm not sure about this, but it would be a normal level contained in the Articles of Association) Personally, I can't see this deal being rejected.

sold first thing this morning and have broken even on my position. The irrevocable undertakings by the BoD suggest that they don't see another bid appearing and even if one did, it makes things difficult for them to accept. I'm convinced Odey will have been informed of this over the weekend and will have probably reserved his position i.e he'll support the offer unless something else turns up. However, at 375p a nice little M&A arbitrage position has appeared, so may be worth having a punt at that level. Overall, I'm disappointed that the BoD has thrown in the towel, but recent events have revealed the potential fragility of their own huge stakes and I can therefore understand why they'd want to bank a significant personal fortune. This is a real shame for those bought at the higher levels and I hope they can recoup their losses elsewhere.

It's one hell of a surprise, that's for sure. Not at all happy with £4.00. It's seems to me that they're throwing in the towel. Clearly Odey suspected this, hence his recent purchases, which will have delivered a huge profit for him.

Just so I understand you Alex, your point is that in the absence of other customers the company would go bust? We'll put to one side the $92m cash, but surely the simple fact is we DO have other customers...quite a lot of them in fact. I'm afraid your argument is firmly in the non-sequitur category.

What an extremely odd post. I could have sworn I saw the company announcement earlier this week which, amongst other things, pointed out it had generated an additional $2m in the past two weeks. Of course, I may have been hallucinating, but then again, maybe it's not me whose been on the ketamine.
