sorry Spikey, I wasn't being clear. I realise this isn't a movement that requires an RNS, I was merely observing that perhaps the company could have provided some trading news, although I suspect this is a business that limits those type of announcements to the statutory requirements. Sometimes this is a good thing (we all know of businesses that scatter announcements all over the place), but if I were CEO I'd be concerned by what's going on, as no doubt are the ii's. The decline here has been dramatic and I can see no reason for it.

Spikey, of course you're correct. My point was that we haven't had any bad news and there haven't been any broker downgrades, which, even if you don't believe them, do tend to have an effect. The price drift here has been significant, and I'm surprised we haven't heard something from the company.

mystified by what's going on here. There hasn't been any bad news (or none that I'm aware of) and the brokers targets show an almost 100% rise from this point. I think we could do with a bit of news.

someone remind me; why does this company still exist? Why did they think it was a good idea to go to all the cost associated with a consolidation? It's time to throw in the towel. My shareholding would cost more to sell than the proceeds I'd receive.

These were a great set of interims. The acquisitions have been integrated well and the global roll-out continues. This is a superb business.

Absolutely agree with you Breton. Every last one of them was guilty, although Goodwin was more guilty than most. I have a particular axe to grind with certain senior bankers, which extends beyond the general public hatred of them. I also have first hand anecdotal evidence of the behaviour of certain people within RBS from a friend who worked at the very top (non-board) level of RBS. He was appalled by what he saw, and left the bank after a lifetime within it. As you correctly state; far too many of them got away with it and some are still swanning around in positions they should not be allowed to occupy. Hornby comes to mind.

I tried really hard to find any negatives in the RNS and was a bit stumped. Turnover was static in one of the divisions and some management changes have been made. Debt increased by a small amount. Other than that, I couldn't see anything. The integration (which was the biggest concern) is going to plan and everything else is on track. And yet the market marks us down by 6%. Absolutely bloody ridiculous. Anyway, as you say PP, it will bounce back.

Following administration it undertook a pre-pack and I guess will be back on the streets at exactly the moment that the government decides to make ambulance chasing more difficult (at long last) As every day passes and S&G looks more vulnerable, the genius of the QLS disposal becomes more apparent. You shareholders have much to be thankful for.

Bordersman, interestingly a competitor, Parabis, had exactly the same problem with cash flow. They went into administration this week. They were unable to raise new cash by factoring or any other means. They were owned by a private equity firm.

Rocal, I seem to recall it was Canaccord and yes, you are right, they should never have given any support to the proposed main listing. They must have known what the rules were and that the company was never going to be able to comply. However, I suspect they were put under pressure to give it a go. I don't think any of us will forget the "it's only a formality" comments from RT. This was a hugely damaging event for the credibility of the company and as a result, the shareholders. As for todays announcements, I'm not sure I understand why they want the consolidation (another historic disaster)

Ash, the 'forensic audit' is now an irrelevance. Indeed, I imagine work has stopped as the administrators will not be prepared to pay for it. The investigation will be conducted by the FCA after which the SFO will go after the crooks. As I said earlier, it may be worth your while doing a little research into what actually happens when a company enters administration. I'm genuinely sorry you've lost out here (I lost a packet on QPP, so I know all about dodgy accounting etc), but the game is over.

I'm sorry to say this Ash68, but you really don't appear to understand what's gone on here and why the Administrators have to de-list the shares. In simple terms, a company in administration cannot be quoted. The management are no longer running the business and everything is in the hands of the administrators. I'm sorry to say, the shareholders have lost everything here and you have already waved goodbye to your money. One can only hope the crook gets caught and ends up doing some serious time.

I think your analysis is correct multibagger. I took my profits from this a few days ago as I tend to feel a placing may be one the way. I like the business model and can see this doing well over time, but feel there will be a lower entry point at some stage.
